Kinsella as U.S. Attorney on Wednesday, stepping in after ruling Trump pick John Sarcone was serving unlawfully. Hours later, Deputy AG Todd Blanche fires Kinsella via X post, declaring "Judges don't pick U.S. Attorneys, the president does - You are fired.
