Court Backs End of TPS for Honduras, Nicaragua
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals clears the way for DHS Secretary Kristi Noem to terminate Temporary Protected Status for over 72,000 Hondurans and 4,000 Nicaraguans, effective September 8, 2025, after conditions improved since Hurricane Mitch in 1999.
