A Biden-appointed federal judge in Massachusetts, Brian Murphy, rules Wednesday that the Trump administration's policy allowing swift deportations of illegal migrants to third countries - without notice or chance to object - violates due process and federal law. The policy, issued last March and reaffirmed in July, lets DHS send criminals like those with records to places such as South Sudan, El Salvador, or Libya based on vague diplomatic assurances they won't face persecution.
