The Austin mass shooter, identified as 53-year-old Ndiaga Diagne, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Senegal who arrived on a tourist visa in 2000, killed 3 and wounded 14 outside a Sixth Street bar before police took him down. FBI probes a potential terrorism nexus after finding a Quran in his SUV, a sweatshirt reading "Property of Allah," an Iranian flag, and photos of Iranian leaders at his home - all amid U.S. strikes killing Iran's Supreme Leader just a day prior.
