Six House Republicans - Dan Newhouse, Kevin Kiley, Don Bacon, Jeff Hurd, and Brian Fitzpatrick - break ranks with President Trump, voting alongside Democrats to pass a resolution repealing his 25% tariffs on Canadian goods, including 15% on energy. The measure, pushed by Rep. Gregory Meeks, targets Trump's use of the National Emergencies Act to combat the fentanyl crisis flowing from the northern border.
