The legendary comedian Roseanne Barr, who has long been one of the only openly conservative stars in Hollywood, is speaking out this week to praise the former President Donald Trump for his “integrity.”
Barr Praises Trump’s ‘Integrity’
While being interviewed by the former Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Saturday, Barr was asked what she thinks about Trump as a person, and she held nothing back with her response.
“Well, as I always say, he’s the only guy in my Hollywood career that ever returned a favor,” explained Barr, 71. “He’s the only one who ever returned a favor, and gave me back more than I had given him.”
“I think he has such integrity. I think he’s like me a lot,” she continued. “He tries to be funny, and he is really funny. The guy’s really funny. He’s got great timing, and I laugh. We all laugh. I mean, we all think he’s funny.”

Barr Stands By Trump
Barr has long been one of the only celebrities to stand behind Trump publicly, as she’s refused to apologize for voting for him in both 2016 and 2020. In November of last year, Barr opened up about when she first met Trump.
“I lost control of myself,” Barr admitted, adding that he quickly calmed her nerves. “He so gently rearranged my arms.”
Barr eventually hugged Trump before telling him, “we all love you and pray for you, we know that you the only one with balls,” according to Newsweek. She then gave Trump the “high compliment” of describing him as a “mother bear.”
“A dad bear, they’ll go out and kill all the others. That’s one thing and it’s cool. But Trump wraps his arms around us,” she explained.
When asked what advice she would give Trump as he heads into the 2024 presidential election, Barr said, “Laugh a little more. Have a little more fun and try to relax a little bit. More than you do. And you know, pray a little bit more. Feel the love of the people a little bit more. And I think that’ll fix him.”

Barr Campaigns For Trump
Daily Mail reported that back in January, Barr told Iowa Trump supporters that it was up to them to “save the country” by voting for the former president.
“We’re all very proud of you because you have decided that you as Iowa Republicans are gonna save our country and we know you can do it,” she said at the time. “We know you are the only people in the whole country that have the wisdom and got to do it and the strength and the know how to get it done.”
“We’re so close to winning and, you know, we can tell we’re so close to winning and … over the target because of how they’re attacking us, and the man we choose to represent as Donald Trump,” she continued. “We know how these attacks are intensifying.”
Barr went on to urge conservatives not to give up, saying, “fight like there’s no tomorrow. If he doesn’t win, and we don’t get him back, then then we’re gonna have a very, very dark tomorrow.”
Because Hollywood can’t stand conservative women, Barr has been targeted by cancel culture many times over the years, yet she refuses to go away quietly. God bless her for continuing to stand by Trump and for campaigning for him with everything she has!
