Former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley verbally slapped down presidential candidate Joe Biden after reports surfaced that he questioned her intelligence at a rally in South Carolina.
Jamie Lovegrove, a reporter for the Post And Courier, reported that Biden began criticizing Haley for refusing to expand Medicaid through an Obamacare mandate in her state.
“He appears to start saying she ‘didn’t have the brains,’ Lovegrove reported adding that Biden stopped himself and changed the description to “foresight” because he wants to “be polite.”
Haley responded to the accusation on social media.
“I will put my brain up against yours anytime,” Haley wrote. “Bring it.”
She added a nice condescending ‘#GodBlessJoe’ for good measure.

Haley Supports Trump
Many have speculated that Nikki Haley could be a future presidential candidate citing bipartisan support for her role in the administration. Some thought she might even run in 2020.
But the former governor of South Carolina quelled those rumors and offered her support to President Trump.
Biden’s ire may be due to a variety of factors – her support for Trump might be one of them.
Additionally, Haley made it clear from the onset of her tenure at the U.N. that she had no intention of continuing the Obama-Biden era of placating other nations to the detriment of our own.
“We care more about being right than popular and are once again standing up for our interests and values,” she told the body.
Amb. Haley says she is not running for president in 2020, and will be supporting President Trump for re-election.

Investigate Joe
Or, maybe Joe is attacking Haley due to her insistence that he and his son Hunter need to be investigated.
“Americans should be asking the questions of Joe Biden and asking the questions of his son, and finding out exactly what was going on with that situation and get down to the bottom of it,” she said this past November.
Regardless of the why, it really wouldn’t serve Biden well to engage in a battle of wits with, well … anybody.
This is a man, after all, who recently claimed he worked on the Paris Climate Accord with a Chinese leader who had been dead for nearly two decades.
Even the severely intellectually challenged Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called Joe’s mental “capacity” into question.
We’re guessing a step up into the big leagues with a woman like Haley won’t end well for Biden’s ego.
