New Poll Shows Majority Believe U.S. Has ‘Seriously Gone Off On The Wrong Track’ – And Wow, Ya Think?!

According to a new Politico/Morning Consult poll, six out of 10 American voters believe that the country has gone “pretty seriously off the wrong track.”

The results aren’t as obvious as one might think.

The first question anyone with half a brain would ask is, “What the hell is wrong with the other 4 people??”

Regardless, the poll does not bode well for President Joe Biden’s term.

Wrong Track? What Gave It Away?

Of those surveyed, 61% say the country is on the wrong track, 37% say the country is moving in the right direction.

Americans will always have political differences of opinion, but you have to wonder, how does anyone think any of this is OK?

Who are these 37%?

And while most Americans are seething over the boondoggle in Afghanistan, this carnival of errors began on January 20.

Donald Trump left office with the U.S. being energy independent for the first time in something like 75 years. The first thing Joe Biden did? Canceled the Keystone Pipeline. Today, according to AAA, the average price of a gallon of gas in America is $3.17. Coincidence?

But we also get a bonus with that more expensive fill-up, we get to be dependent on countries who chant “death to America,” and we get to watch our leaders beg the OPEC cartel to increase their output.

While we are paying more at the pump, we are also paying more at the grocery store.

According to Fortune.com, food prices rose in July by 0.7%. So what, you might say, oh but wait a minute. Throw in some fuzzy Joe Biden math, and you find out that prices have risen in the last year by 2.6%. (Of course, these are just ‘official’ figures. Anyone who has actually been to the grocery store knows prices are far higher.)

Liberals are always trying to tell you what to do; is this a subtle way of getting Americans to go on a collective diet?

Can’t afford to fill up your car or buy food? Bam, you are on a diet whether you like it or not.

Biden Border Woes And Spending Sprees

The second thing Joe Biden did when he became president, at least it seems that way, was to throw open the doors to our southern border. For Joe, it seemed like the logical thing to do.

After all, all those immigration policies that were in place were Donald Trump’s. They were working? Doesn’t matter, they gotta go, orange man bad.

Now, thanks to Joe Biden and his administration’s insane hatred for one human being, two million illegal immigrants will cross the U.S. southern border. Are they all just poor people from Central America? No. Some are on the terrorist watch list

The cherry on the cake of all of this is of course, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and their merry band of Democrats passing trillion dollar bills.

“Infrastructure” bills of which not much has to do with actual infrastructure, and $3 trillion budget resolution bills, which make a mockery of the term “budget.”

For Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden, it is all just a big pile of monopoly money. Funny thing though, Americans may be starting to figure out that they won’t pass “go,” and they certainly aren’t getting $200.

Instead, the funny money is called i-n-f-l-a-t-i-o-n, and despite what the funny papers say, it’s not good.

There isn’t enough room to talk about everything that has gone off the deep end in America thanks to Joe Biden.

And now, in addition to critical race theory, (yeah, let’s teach kindergarteners to hate each other, what could go wrong there?) and COVID mask police seemingly picking a number out of a hat every morning and then Dr. Fauci trotting out to tell us the number of masks we should be wearing that day, we have the ultimate circus act: the Afghanistan withdrawal.

Remember that Politico/Morning Consult poll?

That poll indicates that the Biden administration may be living in an alternate universe. While the Biden folks enjoy an extended period of slapping each other on the back for the “success” of the withdrawal from the debacle they created, a whopping 72% of those surveyed said they did not think troop removal went well.

Only 22% said it was going “very” or “somewhat” well.

And again – who on Earth are these people?

Add the fact that the White House claims there are still 100-200 Americans trapped in Afghanistan, and apparently finding no problem with the fact that they airlifted more Afghans than Americans out the door at the last minute.

Bottom line, none of it, to use a popular millennial word, is sustainable.

Right now, Republicans are calling for Joe Biden’s impeachment or resignation. What happens when those Americans are not brought out of Afghanistan, or worse?

What happens when the influx of illegal immigrants becomes too much for the system, which it eventually will? What happens when terrorists find their way into the U.S. through the southern order and concoct a plan that makes 9/11 look like a day at the beach?

Are Democrats really going to tell us all to relax, it’s OK, everything is under control? Do they really think people will believe them?
