Somebody better let little Spartacus from New Jersey in on the news.
Despite all of their theatrics and histrionics, Democrats aren’t going to stop the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, according to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
McConnell spoke with talk radio host Hugh Hewitt on Friday to explain why he has confidence in that prediction and to lay out a timeline for Kavanaugh’s confirmation and seating.
Looks like the clock is ticking for the Democrat Party.
Sat down with @hughhewitt today. We talked about a range of topics, including Judge Kavanaugh. pic.twitter.com/DOkZZBLoNX

McConnell, who sets the Senate Legislative Calendar, was asked since he’s confident of Kavanaugh’s eventual confirmation, when exactly it will happen.
“Before the end of September,” he responded. “He’ll be on board at the Supreme Court by the first Monday in October, which you and I both know is the beginning of the October term.”
Doesn’t sound like there’s much wiggle room in that prediction. McConnell must be exceedingly confident after seeing President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee swatting away unhinged rant after unhinged rant by the likes of Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA).
And indeed, he sang his praises:
“I think any doubts anybody might have had have been dispelled by his virtuoso performance before the Judiciary Committee. I mean, it’s stunning. He’s just a stellar nomination in every respect.”
When asked if there was “any doubt” Kavanaugh would be confirmed, McConnell said, “None whatsoever.”
Any doubt Brett Kavanaugh will be confirmed by the Senate?
“None whatsoever,” Mitch McConnell tells @hughhewitt.

That means all of Harris’s grandstanding and Booker’s ‘I’m so brave I’m gonna break the rules of the committee’ theater is not only making them look like incompetent obstructionists, it means their efforts are all for naught.
A good bulk of their opposition concerns Kavanaugh’s alleged lack of transparency, a myth the left is running with because they have no legitimate form of opposition to this candidate.
Facts:
12: The number of years Kavanaugh has served as a judge on the Court of Appeals
307: The number of opinions that Kavanaugh authored
480,000+: The number of pages of docs the Judiciary Committee has received
13: times the supreme court adopted his position on issues

Further along in the interview with Hewitt, McConnell delivered more crushing news to our friends on the left side of the aisle. A bonus round of misery so to speak.
Republicans, he announced, will “clear the deck of all the circuit judges,” referencing ten who are “in the queue” and ready to be confirmed.
The Washington Post has already reported that 26 “Trump picks to the circuit courts, also known as the U.S. Courts of Appeals, have been confirmed.”
The President, they said, is “leaving a conservative imprint on the nation’s judiciary.”
He’s also leaving a Constitutional imprint on the nation’s highest court, first with Gorsuch and now, in a few weeks time, with Kavanaugh. It’s a refreshing change after watching Democrats attempt to decimate our founding document under eight years of the Obama regime, knowing full well Hillary Clinton would have carried on that agenda.
