Filmmaker Michael Moore is sounding an alarm over the current crop of Democrat candidates, claiming Michelle Obama is the only one who can “crush” Trump in 2020.
The odds of that happening are about on par with Moore walking past the next buffet without drooling a bit.
“The only way to remove Trump is to crush Trump,” he said in an interview with MSNBC. “And that’s the question that has to be asked, who can crush Trump? Who’s the street fighter?”
If he says a black candidate is a ‘street’ fighter, that’ll be racist, no? There’s no way he’d go there, right?
He went there.
“In fact, it is Obama – Michelle Obama,” Moore said. “Everybody watching this right now knows she is a beloved American and she would go in there and she would beat him.”

Why Could She ‘Crush’ Him?
While the rotund director believes candidates such as Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Kamala Harris could beat Trump, Mrs. Obama is the only one who could do so rather easily in his mind.
Why? Because the President wouldn’t be able to label her with a nickname.
“She would beat him in the debates, he wouldn’t be able to bully her, he wouldn’t be able to nickname her,” he said.
Do you think Trump would be able to come up with some nicknames? And does he honestly believe Obama could tangle with him during the debates?

Is Moore Right?
Sure, Moore is a bit kookier than usual, clearly dismayed over the Russia collusion hoax, but is he right about this? Could Michelle Obama run AND beat Trump?
One of the earliest advocates for Michelle was top Clinton confidante and Democrat pollster, Doug Schoen.
2020 “requires a new, united opposition, led by a political leader with widespread popularity,” Schoen surmised. “The only person I can see accomplishing this would be none other than the party’s most popular political figure: Michelle Obama.”
There certainly is an element of the left that would rally around the country’s first black female presidential candidate based solely on gender and skin color, not on qualifications.
They would ignore her history of statements portraying America as a place she was never proud of. They’d ignore her school lunch initiatives that failed miserably. They’d ignore all of Trump’s accomplishments in his first term.
Michelle Sure Loves … Michelle
Michael Moore might come a close second, but clearly the number one fan of Michelle Obama is … Michelle Obama.
She’s bragged that she can give “a good speech” and that she’s “smart and intelligent,” while also suggesting a good investment for the country would be to “invest in creating thousands of ‘me’s.'”

“We don’t just need one, we need thousands and thousands,” Obama said.
Perish the thought.
“She takes the stage and she’s so powerful and so good you just look at that and think of course she could win,” Moore fawned.
Will she actually take the plunge and run in 2020?
