Senator John McCain, a man more admired by the Democrat party than the Republican party, took a rare shot at Hillary Clinton for her inability to move on from the 2016 election.
He said the former First Lady should have avoided the temptation of writing her election biography, ‘What Happened?’
“You’ve got to understand,” McCain said in an interview with Esquire, “that you can’t rewrite history.”
Sure she can, Hillary managed to rewrite her own role in losing and blame it on everyone else. She managed to rewrite President Trump’s electoral college victory by disputing the results and blaming it on Russian collusion. She rewrote Benghazi. She rewrote those Bosnian snipers.

Still, McCain is right, she can’t rewrite the fact that Trump is in the White House and she isn’t. Try as she might.
McCain expressed exasperation at her efforts.
“What’s the f***ing point?” he asked. “Keep the fight up?”

“History will judge that campaign, and it’s always a period of time before they do,” McCain explained. “You’ve got to move on.”
We respectfully disagree. Clinton has been, and will continue to be, a gift to the Republican party by continuing to stay in the limelight.
McCain added, “This is Hillary’s problem right now: She doesn’t have anything to do.”
And if Hillary ‘doesn’t have anything to do,’ then it’s settled – she just needs a hobby.

McCain, who is just now working on a book detailing his loss in the 2008 election, said the hardest thing to do is avoid justifying the loss in your own mind by blaming others.
“One of the almost irresistible impulses you have when you lose is to somehow justify why you lost and how you were mistreated: ‘I did the right thing! I did!'” McCain said.
“The hardest thing to do is to just shut up.”
Please Hillary, on behalf of the nation, find a way to ‘just shut up.’
