Rep. Maxine Waters threatened the Senate and Mitch McConnell, in particular, saying they “better not” try to sweep impeachment of President Trump under the rug.
In an appearance on MSNBC, one of the few networks that take her seriously, Waters suggested the Senate Majority Leader and his Republican colleagues will not be able to ignore the ‘evidence’ Democrats are compiling.
“I think we are doing what we need to do, the investigations that goes on, documents are being requested, the six committees that have responsibilities for oversight and investigations are working,” she claimed.
“I think that we’ll have information that will end up going to the Judiciary Committee in a good period of time,” Waters added. “We are moving as well as we possibly can. I don’t care what Mitch McConnell is trying to do.”

Threatens Senate Republicans
Maxine is so confident in the evidence Democrats plan to fabricate obtain that she warned Republicans in the Senate that they better not interfere in the impeachment push.
“It is going to catch up with him,” she railed. “This is business that someone is speculating about the fact that he’s [McConnell] going to try and basically whitewash it and that really do a real investigation it is not going to work. It is not going to work.”
“The American people want to have the Senate do what the Constitution says they must do and hold a trial,” Waters continued. “They are acting as the jury, should be acting as the jury. We’ll have information to put before them and they better not try to sweep it under the rug.”
McConnell meanwhile, has not indicated he’d try and stand in the way of anything. Axios reports that he “is prepping Senate Republicans for an impeachment trial to begin as early as Thanksgiving.”
The only hiccup in that report was one Democrat aide who said nobody wants impeachment hearings during the holidays, adding “There’s no way I’m missing my vacation.”
For love of country, eh Democrats, just not during my turkey dinner.

Maxine, Maxine – The Impeachment Queen
Waters has led the unhinged resistance movement ever since President Trump entered the White House, squawking about impeachment at nearly every turn.
Democrats have quietly and dutifully followed her lead. So, of course, she’s emboldened to the point where she feels she can intimidate Senators.
The low-IQ Congresswoman has been the most vocal member of the resistance, screeching to impeach at every waking moment. Even at some people’s funerals.

Waters has previously attacked Senators who don’t support Trump’s impeachment and removal as ‘unpatriotic.’
“I am disgusted with those spineless members of the Senate who don’t have the guts to stand up for this country. Many of them have defined themselves as patriotic. They’re not patriotic,” she fumed.
“They are spineless and they’re not willing to step up and do what needs to be done in recognizing the danger of this president.”
The only spineless members of Congress right now are the Democrats that are so hell-bent on doing Hillary Clinton’s bidding that they’ve done everything in their power to overturn the election results of 2016.
That’s spineless. That’s un-American.
