Fox News host Mark Levin was seething over news that President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice indicted the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Trump became a twice-impeached and now twice-indicted former President on Thursday when he was charged following Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into alleged improper handling of classified records at his Mar-a-Lago home.
The charges include willfully retaining national defense secrets in violation of the Espionage Act, making false statements, and a conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Levin was livid over the administration’s dogged pursuit of President Biden’s chief political rival, referring to June 8th as the real insurrection in America.
“Is this some kind of a sick joke on the American people?!” he asked facetiously.
Trump has indicated he will plead not guilty to the charges as he called the indictment “election interference at the highest level.”

Levin Slams News That Trump Was Indicted
Mark Levin was enraged over the news of the Trump indictment and insisted that the left will never stop in their harassment of the former President.
“President Trump is 76 years old. If the Department of Justice gets its way, he will die in federal prison,” he asserted. “Just by one of these counts – conspiracy to obstruct justice, which has a 20-year maximum sentence.
“This is a disgusting, disgusting mark on American history, for the future to come by these bandits in the White House, by the Democrat party,” added Levin. “They don’t play fair anymore.”
Mark – They haven’t played fair in decades. They’ve just been more blatantly fascist and dictatorial since Trump came on the scene.

The Political Insider reported on the absurdity of charging a former President under the Espionage Act and asked loyal subscribers to our newsletter if they understood just what such a charge meant, something Levin also touched upon.
“This should never have been a criminal case!” he said, voice rising in pitch and intensity.
“What did he do with the documents? Did he sell them to the enemy? No! That’s why we have an Espionage Act, not to trip up a president,” Levin explained. “What did he do?! Did he burn them all?! No! The government has all the documents back!”
We are losing this country and there’s not a single republican with a backbone that will do anything but bark.

Oh, they’ll chirp about it. They’ll fundraise off of it. But when it comes to getting down to brass tacks and actually doing something about this, Republicans simply don’t have the spine.

Fox News host Pete Hegseth implored every single Republican candidate for President to take a stand of solidarity and show up to support Trump in Miami, where he was summoned to a federal courthouse.

Democrats after January 6th created a false narrative of insurrection and subsequently urged the malicious prosecution of innocent Americans over any minor role they may have played by being on the Capitol grounds that day.
Their actions have been criminal, what one would expect from Russia or North Korea – not the United States of America.

What the American people are witnessing right now are the first salvos being fired off by the Democrats in an effort to lead this country into a civil war.
