On Sunday, President Trump’s former campaign manager Brad Parscale was reportedly taken to a Florida hospital after an incident with the police.
While details are still coming in, reports say that Parscale’s wife, Candice, called Ft. Lauderdale police about a domestic indicent, and officers were dispatched to the couple’s home.
Upon arrival, she apparently told police that she was worried her husband was suicidal and had firearms in their home.
Police released bodycam video that shows Candice Parscale speaking to police, and the arrest of Brad Parscale.
Police Say Parscale Did Not Threaten Them and Went Willingly to a Hospital
“We went out and it was very short,” said Fort Lauderdale Police Chief Karen Dietrich to the Sun-Sentinel.
“We went and got him help.”
Dietrich said that Parscale did not threaten police and willingly went with them to a local hospital.
Brad Parscale is safe and being evaluated at a Broward County hospital after allegedly threatening self-harm. Under Florida’s Baker Act he will be held for 72 hours. Brad’s a good man obviously dealing with some serious mental health issues. Prayers are with him.

Team Trump: ‘Brad Parscale is a Member of Our Family and We All Love Him’
Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis told the Sun-Sentinel, “Politics aside, this fellow obviously suffers from emotional distress. I’m glad he didn’t do any harm to himself or others. I commend our SWAT team for being able to negotiate a peaceful ending to this.”
The Trump campaign also released a statement saying it was ready to support Parscale in his time of trouble and need.
“Brad Parscale is a member of our family and we all love him,” Trump Campaign Communications Director Tim Murtaugh said in a statement.
“We are ready to support him and his family in any way possible.”

Tasteless Democrats Bash and Mock Parscale After Incident
“The disgusting, personal attacks from Democrats and disgruntled RINOs have gone too far, and they should be ashamed of themselves for what they’ve done to this man and his family,” Murtaugh added.
How bad, allegedly, were Democrats’ personal attacks on Parscale?
Let’s just take a look at the left’s reaction to the unfortunate incident involving Parscale on Sunday.
Fuck Brad Parscale. The business of separating innocent refugee babies from their parents, stripping women’s rights, selling our country to the Russians, and on and on should take a toll. It sure did on those innocent families. Killing is Trump/DeSantis’ business https://t.co/fouUDMWFVV

The Hateful Left
Note that while the Trump campaign and local officials and police in Fort Lauderdale offered nothing but sympathy and dignified responses, many on the left took pleasure reveling in someone else’s pain.
These are the people who advertise themselves as being more tolerant and caring than conservatives.
But when it came time to show their fellow man some mercy and understanding – they chose to kick him while he was down.
Here’s hoping Brad Parscale finds whatever help he might need, and that the hateful left learns about karma sooner than later.
