Kayleigh McEnany: Trump Is 'A President That Supports Moms And A President That Supports Life'

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany touted President Donald Trump’s strong pro-life accomplishments at a recent event.

Attending “Life is Winning: Celebrating Four Years of Pro-Life Accomplishments,” McEnany said that Trump has been “a president that supports moms and a president that supports life.”

McEnany: Trump Supports Life

McEnany tweeted on Tuesday, “Not sure what it’s like to work for a Democrat campaign, but I’ve never hesitated to tell @realDonaldTrump or @MarkMeadows when #BlabyBlake has a pediatrician appointment or I have a family obligation — a testament to how it SHOULD be for working moms!”

McEnany’s tweet was a response to a post by reporter Ashley Parker, who wrote, “When you have a meeting somebody wants to schedule, so many women are like, ‘Well, I don’t want to tell them I can’t make it because I have a school thing or my kid is sick, because that’s not professional.”

“F*** that,” she added.

President Trump Has A Strong Pro-life Record

While McEnany noted that the Trump administration has always supported mothers like herself, Trump’s pro-life bonafides are something to appreciate broadly.

The pro-life advocacy group Susan B. Anthony List gave a lengthy list of President Trump’s pro-life accomplishments, with appointing conservative judges at the top of that list.

“During the 2016 campaign, then-candidate Trump promised he would nominate pro-life justices to the U.S. Supreme Court,” Susan B. Anthony List noted.

It continued, “In the final presidential debate, Trump stated, ‘I am pro-life, and I will be appointing pro-life judges.”

Susan B. Anthony List then put President Trump’s Supreme Court appointments at the top of their pro-life rankings.

“In April, 2017, Justice Neil Gorsuch was successfully confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court,” the List noted.

“In October, 2018, Justice Brett Kavanaugh was successfully confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court,” it continued. “And in October 2020, Justice Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed, succeeding the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg.”

Susan B. Anthony List would also noted, “To date, 220 of President Trump’s judicial nominees have been confirmed, including three Supreme Court justices, fifty-three U.S. Courts of Appeals judges, 162 District Court judges and two judges on the U.S. Court of International Trade.”

For pro-life supporters including Kayleigh McEnany, President Donald Trump’s record has been second to none.
