Judge Andrew Napolitano believes that if emails exist between Loretta Lynch and former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz that discuss the Hillary Clinton email investigation, the former attorney general could be facing 5 to 10 years in prison.
These emails aren’t something he’s simply speculating about. A bipartisan group of Senate Judiciary Committee members sent a letter to Lynch inquiring about, and alluding to their existence.
They demanded that Lynch “describe the communications and provide all records relating to them (communications with Wasserman Schulz).”
While noting that these documents have yet to see “the light of day,” Judge Napolitano of Fox News believes that should they be revealed, Lynch could be charged with “misconduct in office.”
“It’s the equivalent of obstruction of justice,” the Judge explained. “It’s the same allegation they are making about the president.”

(Napolitano) also said Attorney General Jeff Sessions is within his authority to assign a team of DOJ investigators, FBI agents, and prosecutors to determine if Lynch “obstructed justice” or is guilty of misconduct in office.
“It is alleged, this document has not seen the light of day if it exists, that there are one or several emails between Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Loretta Lynch concerning the behavior that Loretta Lynch will take to further the DNC interests while Mrs. Lynch was attorney general,” Napolitano added.
If such emails exist, it would amount to “misconduct in office.”
“It’s a felony,” he added. “Depending upon exactly what they charged her with, it could be five or 10 years in jail. It’s very serious. It’s the equivalent of obstruction of justice. It’s the same allegation they are making about the president.”

Trouble began for Lynch when former FBI Director James Comey testified earlier this month that he felt “queasy” after the AG asked him to refer to the probe of Clinton’s emails as a “matter” rather than an “investigation.”
Napolitano believes this may have been a sign that Lynch “was going to do whatever she could to prevent Mrs. Clinton from getting indicted.”
That part of the discussion seems pretty clear. As does her misconduct. But Democrats always seem to slip past their criminal actions without repercussions.
