On Wednesday morning’s episode of “The View,” Joy Behar offered to send Donald Trump some of her famous lasagna over claims made by the former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) in her new book that the former president was “not eating.”

Cheney’s Trump Claims

In her new memoir “Oath And Honor,” Cheney alleges that she angrily confronted Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) about visiting Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida after the January 6 riots at the Capitol, according to Mediaite.

“Mar-a-Lago? What the hell, Kevin?” she claims to have asked him.

McCarthy allegedly replied, “They’re really worried.’ Trump’s not eating, so they asked me to come see him.”

McCarthy has since vehemently denied that this exchange ever took place.

“For Cheney, first it was Trump Derangement Syndrome, and now apparently it’s also McCarthy Derangement Syndrome,” his spokesperson told CNN.

Trump has also denied Cheney’s claims through his spokesperson Steven Cheung, who said that her entire book belongs “in the fiction section of the bookstore.”

“These are nothing more than completely fabricated stories,” he added.

Behar Mocks Trump Over ‘Not Eating’ Claim

Despite this, the liberal media has treated Cheney’s claims as absolute fact, with hateful liberals like Behar having a field day with them.

During Wednesday’s episode of the ABC talk show “The View,” moderator Whoopi Goldberg kicked things off by mocking McCarthy, saying that he  “ran — raaaaaaan — to Mar-a-Lago after the election, because staffers said You-Know-Who was so depressed, he wasn’t eating.”

“Whoopi, I was thinking. Next year, no lasagna for you. I’m sending it to Donald,” Behar chimed in to say. “So hungry, poor thing is not eating!”

This was a reference to Behar surprising Goldberg with a plate of her famous lasagna for the latter’s 68th birthday earlier this month, according to The Wrap.

Goldberg went on to further mock McCarthy, saying that he “felt so strong, what, was he gonna breastfeed him? It just makes no sense to me!”

Behar’s History With Trump

Behar, 81, has long had one of the worst cases of Trump derangement syndrome of anyone in the media, and that’s saying a lot!

Earlier this month, Behar bizarrely dared Trump to try and get “revenge” on her if he is reelected in 2024.

“Donald Trump is running for president for two reasons: to stay out of jail, and to get revenge on his enemies,” said co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who previously worked in the Trump administration. “And when he speaks we should listen and, frankly, it’s scary.”

“Try it! Go ahead!” Behar exclaimed in response, looking at the camera as she addressed Trump directly. “Try it! We have this show every day! Okay, Donald?”

Behar Wants Trump ‘Locked Up’

Back in June, Behar demanded that Trump be “locked up already.”

“He’s a grifter. He’s a grifter,” she said of Trump, according to Daily Mail. “Lock him up already. Lock him up.”

“Nixon was caught on tape and that was the end of his career as president,” she continued. “This guy is caught on tape talking about grabbing women’s genitalia – he didn’t learn from that or from Nixon and now he’s continuing to tape himself. That is really the definition of stupidity.”

Check out that clip in the video below.

It’s truly sad and pathetic that three years after he left office, Trump is still living rent-free in Behar’s head. She should really get some help for her Trump derangement syndrome, because this is not a good look for Behar!
