Could Hillary Clinton have been responsible for funding not one, but two dirty dossiers on Donald Trump? The Nunes memo confirmed that the Clinton campaign funded the dossier that Christopher Steele produced for Fusion GPS – and not long after the memo’s release, we learned that there was a second dossier in the FBI’s possession.

Dossier 2.0 was authored by Cody Shearer, a former journalist who had close ties to the Clinton White House in the 1990s. He’s been something of a “private intelligence operative” for the Clintons for two decades. The second document contains many of the same claims (falsehoods) as Steele’s dossier, because Shearer gave his dossier to an unnamed official in the Obama State Department, who then passed it on to Steele. Was the Steele dossier really the Hillary dossier, and Steele didn’t even know it?

It goes without saying that most members of the Obama State Department were on Hillary’s side in the 2016 election, and when they received the dossier, they turned it in to upper management.

According to the Gateway Pundit,

Chairman Nunes (Fox News host Laura Ingraham Tuesday evening after Grassley released a less redacted version of the Senate Judiciary memo on Christopher Steele.
Chairman Nunes revealed John Kerry had been briefed on the ‘second dossier’.

” There were comments over the weekend from people from within the State Department that said John Kerry had been briefed on the dossier–the new dossier whatever this new dossier is and that they also provided it to the FBI,” Nunes said.

Carter Page, the Trump campaign team member the dossier was used to justify a FISA warrant to spy on, also appeared on the show earlier in the week. Page said people within the Trump campaign who had “any connection positive or otherwise” with Russia were constantly the “number one target for attack.” Why? Because they wanted to create a narrative of collusion with Russia.

Page, by the way, has never actually met Donald Trump in person, or ever spoken to him.
