DOJ Inspector General Report on Clinton Email Investigation Completed And To Be Released

This is going to create monumental shockwaves in Washington, D.C. if this is true.

According to Fox News, the Inspector General has completed his investigation into the FBI’s handling of Hillary Clinton’s illegal use of a home server as secretary of state. The results, we’re hearing, are nothing short of stunning.

First, Fox News has details about the completed reports:

The completion of a long-awaited watchdog report on the FBI and DOJ’s Hillary Clinton investigation during the 2016 presidential campaign has put Washington on edge, as the clock counts down to its potentially explosive release.

“We’re all anxiously awaiting this report,” Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, told Fox News’ “Hannity.”

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz announced the draft report was done in a letter to members of Congress on Wednesday. He did not say when the results of the review will be officially released to the FBI, DOJ and congressional committees.

Former D.C. bureau chief for Investor’s Business Daily Paul Sperry has, apparently, knowledge of the report, and he’s indicating that the Inspector General believes there may have been criminal wrongdoing in the FBI’s investigation of the Clinton email server:

If this is true, it could easily undermine the ongoing Russian probe being conducted by Robert Mueller.

This wouldn’t be the first time the IG has recommended criminal charges for a misbehaving FBI official. Last month, the IG recommended that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe be charged.

It would seem that rot within the FBI goes deeper than we thought. Let’s hope we finally see someone held accountable.
