Hollywood liberals John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen will be speaking to the House Democratic Caucus when they hold their upcoming retreat in Leesburg, Virginia.
Caucus Chair Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) announced the guest speakers, typically top elected officials not stars of entertainment or music, on Tuesday.
“Thanks to tremendous leadership of our Speaker, we’ll be hearing from John Legend and Chrissy Teigen,” Jeffries told the caucus.
There is irony in this year’s retreat – titled “100 Days In: Fighting For The People” – being headlined by out of touch Hollywood stars.
The power couple is virulently anti-Trump, providing some insight as to how extreme the resistance party is willing to get in their fight against the President.

Trump Derangement Syndrome
No doubt the media will fawn all over this decision as an example of the Democrat party’s star power (because that worked out so well for Hillary), but it’s more indicative of how extreme the party has become in their hatred for President Trump.
Teigen and Legend have the market cornered on Trump Derangement Syndrome.
In an interview with Extra, Teigen admitted there is no way she’d consider meeting with the President to discuss her thoughts and concerns.
“No, I would never,” she stammered. “I think I would throw up in my mouth. It’s just impossible to me.”
Admit it, that’s something every one of the these House Democratic Caucus members are probably thinking when it comes to compromising with the President to get things done for the benefit of our nation.
She’s also called Trump “a terrible human being,” a “f***ing idiot,” “a joke,” and a “racist pig.”
Seems charming.

Legend, meanwhile, has referred to President Trump as an embarrassment. Except, he used slightly more colorful language.

Additionally, Legend has defended anti-American professional protester Colin Kaepernick in trashing the National Anthem, and once claimed police officers in America routinely shoot black people “for no f***ing reason.”

This is the mindset of a pair of Hollywood liberals that Democrats plan on cozying up next to during their retreat.
Losers Meeting With Losers
Trump Derangement aside, perhaps it’s good news that Legend is meeting with Democrats to discuss the party’s future. He is, after all, a political loser.
The marginally talented singer’s last foray into politics involved an effort to boost Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams in her failed bid to be elected in Georgia.
Will the losing continue? NRCC Spokesman Michael McAdams reminds Democrats that a significant portion of their caucus represents Trump voters.
“Socialist House Democrats taking talking points from Hollywood elites is the gift that keeps on giving,” McAdams said in a statement. “Apparently, the event organizers forgot 31 House Democrats represent districts President Trump won.”
