Hillary Clinton, who spent years as Secretary of State trying to “reset” relations with Russia, claims an interview by Tucker Carlson with Russian President Vladimir Putin is evidence that he is a “useful idiot.”

Carlson’s interview has raised the ire of left-wing politicians who believe the war with Ukraine is on par with the American Revolution and media outlets jealous that they couldn’t secure an interview with a consequential world leader themselves.

The interview, which airs on Thursday, takes place in Moscow and will be the first one-on-one with a Western journalist since the start of the Ukraine war in 2022.

Carlson has stated his reasoning for the sit-down with Putin, saying it is partly because he believes Western media is lying to the American people, a nearly undeniable notion on every topic put out on broadcasts in the past decade.

“Their media outlets are corrupt. They lie to their readers and viewers, and they do that mostly by omission,” Carlson said.

“We are not here because we love Vladimir Putin,” he added. “We are here because we love the United States, and we want it to remain prosperous and free.”

Clinton Slams Carlson For His Interview With Putin

Proving Carlson’s point, Clinton went directly to the safe space of a far-left media outlet to complain about the interview with Putin.

Speaking to Alex Wagner at MSNBC, the former First Lady railed against Carlson for “parroting” Putin which, if you think about it, is exactly what leftists say about everyday Americans who oppose sending their tax dollars to fund a war that does nothing to benefit the United States.

“He says things that are not true. He parrots Vladimir Putin’s pack of lies about Ukraine, so I don’t see why Putin wouldn’t give him an interview,” she said.

The irony involved in Clinton complaining about an interview opportunity because the host supposedly “parrots” lies on a network that consistently parrots her lies is lost on nobody.

“If you actually read translations of what is being said on Russian media, they make fun of him …he’s like a puppy dog”, Clinton said. “I would not be surprised if he emerges with a contract with a Russian outlet, because he is a useful idiot.”

Clinton And The Infamous ‘Reset’ Button

If the word “projection” had to be defined in a classroom, the instructor would do well to show this clip of Clinton complaining about Carlson’s interview with Putin.

It’s far too intensive to try and reach into the past and remind readers of Clinton’s vast web of lies when trying to convince the American people of the opposite of the truth – think “vast right-wing conspiracy,” Russia collusion, and Bosnian snipers.

There isn’t a lie she’s unwilling to wed herself to.

But here she is on MSNBC, owned by NBCUniversal which also owns NBC News, complaining that an interview with Putin is against American interests and evidence that the interviewer is a “useful idiot.”

Any idea who NBC News interviewed in 2021? You guessed it – Putin.

Of course, Clinton is banking on propaganda outlets like MSNBC to rewrite her own extensive history of being a useful idiot for Russia.

During a 2010 interview – on Russian television no less – then-Secretary of State Clinton said the goal of the Obama administration at the time was to “strengthen Russia.”

Two years later, Clinton was again on television and announced that the Obama administration viewed Russia as an ally.

“In many of the areas where we are working to solve problems, Russia has been an ally,” Clinton said at the time.

“So I think it’s somewhat dated to be looking backwards instead of being realistic about where we agree, where we don’t agree, but looking for ways to bridge the disagreements and then to maximize the cooperation,” she continued.

Maximize the cooperation? Sounds like a Russian puppy dog.

Putin, by the way, was the Prime Minister of Russia during that time.

Also of note – it was Clinton and Obama who issued a “reset” button on Russian relations, something she previously claimed was a “brilliant” plan, and who, according to Obama’s chief cyber official Michael Daniel, issued a “stand down” order against Russian cyberattacks in 2016.

Funny how Clinton wanted desperately to work with Russia when Obama was in power and when she assumed the White House was hers in 2016, but now that she’s a two-time presidential election failure, anybody seeking the truth is doing their bidding.
