Hillary Clinton is without a doubt the shadiest, most crooked person to have ever worked in Washington, and Judicial Watch has just uncovered more skeletons in her bottomless closet. Per a FOIA request, the government watchdog group has learned that Clinton struck a deal with the State Department while serving in the Obama Administration that allowed her take ownership of records she didn’t want made public.
According to the report, Clinton and Huma Abedin were permitted to remove electronic and physical records under a claim that they were “personal” materials and “unclassified, non-record materials.” Under the agreement, the records would not be “released to the general public under FOIA” and would be released “to the Secretary with this understanding.”

Among the records Clinton and Abedin were allowed to conceal were electronic copies of “daily files”; electronic copies of call logs dating back to 2004; 16 boxes of personal schedules dating back to before Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State; 29 boxes of “Miscellaneous Public Schedules” during Clinton’s tenure as FLOTUS and Senator; and boxes of “Personal Reimbursable receipts” and “personal photos.”
Additionally, Abedin was allowed to remove electronic records and five boxes of physical files, including files labeled “Muslim Engagement Documents.”
Finally, a physical file of “the log of the Secretary’s gifts with pictures of gifts” was also released to Clinton. While gifts received by government employees are typically heavily regulated and restricted, gifts that are “motivated by a family relationship or personal friendship” may be accepted without limitation.

Could Clinton be any more despicable? As Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton stated, Clinton’s scandals all seem to be intertwined – and they run far deeper than we currently know. “We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information. But these new records show that was only part of the scandal,” Fitton said. “These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws.”
There’s copious evidence that Clinton has committed some serious crimes. So why hasn’t she been held accountable under the law?
