This is shaping up to be a huge war between two factions.
On one side you have a group that doesn’t care if they are doing things by the book, just as long as they can paint President Trump and his administration in such a bad light, before the election, that the American people will choose their side to rectify a manufactured crisis.
On the other side, you have a defiant administration, willing to go to the mat against the injustice of an overreaching Democratic-led House. Trump has hunkered down and had chosen not to participate or cooperate until the Democrats start an impeachment against him, which voters are overwhelming against, for the health of the country.
On Thursday, Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer, said he won’t testify in front of the House Intelligence Committee while Chairman Adam Schiff was still in charge. The hearing is seen as part of the House’s impeachment inquiry approved by Nancy Pelosi.

“I wouldn’t testify in front of that committee until there is a vote of Congress and he is removed,” Giuliani told The Washington Post. “Let them hold me in contempt. We’ll go to court. We’ll challenge the contempt.”
Giuliani said he is holding the Trump administration’s line that the impeachment inquiry is “illegal.”
In an eight-page letter to Congress on Tuesday, the White House wrote that the inquiry “violates fundamental fairness and constitutionally mandated due process” and “lacks any legitimate constitutional foundation.”
The letter came to same day the administration blocked U.S. European Union Ambassador Gordon Sondland from testifying on Capitol Hill. [Fox News]

How can you not remove a guy from the committee when he withholds the fact that he had previous contact with the whistleblower, which was the basis behind the hearing, up to lying about it on national TV? Or let me put it like this, how would you like to be a defendant in a case where the judge assisted the witnesses for the prosecution?
That is exactly what Schiff has done. He should be removed from office.

Nobody should ever have to appear before these insulting Democrats today. Cory Booker, Kamala Harris, Eric Swalwell, Jerry Nadler, Schiff or even the plastic chicken eating dude, who’s always the smartest Democrat in the room.
It seems anyone who’s forced to sit in front of them gets treated like criminals and is disrespected. They aren’t normal people and no one should have to be subjected to their treatment.
I won’t forget how they treated Justice Kavanaugh.
