Thomas Homan, a former ICE chief under Barack Obama and acting ICE Director under President Trump, warns that if any Democrat wins the White House in 2020 the country will “collapse” due to an “out-of-control” border.
Homan made the dire prediction during an interview with Fox News personality Steve Hilton.
“If they win the election in 2020, this country’s in trouble,” Homan stated. “You’re gonna see an out-of-control border like you’ve never seen it before.”
“This is going to cause this country to collapse.”

Hammers Democrats For Endangering Illegal Families
Homan explains that for all of the posturings Democrats have done in criticizing the President for splitting up illegal alien families, it’s actually they, themselves, who need to engage in some introspection.
He accused prominent Democrat candidates of offering ‘enticements’ to illegal aliens as a means to curry their favor and earn their votes.
“They say they care about these people, they care about children dying and women being raped … they need to look in the mirror because if you keep offering enticements – ‘sanctuary cities,’ free health care, in-state tuition – people are going to put themselves in harm’s way to come to this country,” he told Hilton.
The former acting ICE Director also praised the current President for slashing border crossings in the last several months.
“This president has gotten the border down 65 percent … on his own, and at the same time, you’ve got the Democratic Party throwing out more enticements.”
President Trump is concerned with the safety of the American people. Democrats are concerned with handing out freebies to criminals.

Not Afraid to Mix it Up
Despite serving under Obama, Homan is a strict adherent to border laws and is unafraid of mixing it up with lawless Democrats.
This past September, he berated congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez during testimony before the House Oversight Committee.

He also engaged in a fiery exchange with Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) that went viral in September.

“Look, you want to know why there’s 50,000 people in detention? You want to know why there are a million illegal entries into the United States? You want to know why we have these issues?” Homan shouted.
“Because you have failed to secure the border. You guys failed to work with this president to close the three loopholes we’ve asked for two years to close.”
When Jayapal tried to silence Homan, he responded emphatically, “I’m a taxpayer, you work for me.”
Democrats are under the belief they work for non-taxpayers, of the illegal variety.
