Former CNN Host Reza Aslan Asks If The World Would Be Better Off Without Rush Limbaugh

Rush Limbaugh Aslan

Reza Aslan, a former personality at CNN, responded to yesterday’s news of Rush Limbaugh’s advanced lung cancer diagnosis by asking if the world would be a better place without him.

Stay classy, Mr. Aslan.

Limbaugh, a conservative icon, announced the news to his millions of listeners during his nationally-syndicated radio show on Monday.

“Ask yourself this simple question: Is the world a better place or a worse place with Rush Limbaugh in it?” Aslan asked his social media followers upon hearing the news.

As is typical of CNN personalities, Aslan didn’t recognize the poor taste in fantasizing about a world without Rush, and instead doubled down.

“I’m posing an important philosophical question,” he said in a follow-up tweet. “Rush is not ‘my adversary’ — he is a curse upon this nation, a purveyor of hatred and racism who’s at the very least indirectly responsible for the mass suffering of countless people.”

A ‘curse upon the nation’ and responsible for ‘mass suffering.’

The hyperbole would be amusing if not for the fact that Aslan likely actually believes this in his own little head.

Aslan is an A**

Reza Aslan is a key figure in CNN having to settle a lawsuit with Covington Catholic teenager Nick Sandmann due to his tweet encouraging violence against him.

He was so triggered by Sandmann’s behavior – which included de-escalating a situation with a Native American man – and his MAGA hat that he asked, “Have you ever seen a more punchable face?”

All anybody needs to do is click on Aslan’s bio to see one.

“We are better than him,” Aslan continued regarding Limbaugh. “A monkey eating its own s*** is better than him.”

“The fact that a despicable racist evil human being is sick changes nothing about his nature as a despicable, racist and evil human being,” he added.

Imagine being this sick in the head.

Aslan Has Issues

Aside from wanting to punch teenagers in the face and celebrating lung cancer in people infinitely more successful than he, Aslan has also suggested the ‘eradication’ of supporters of the President because they are supposedly ‘white nationalists.’

“The president is a white nationalist terror leader,” Aslan wrote in the wake of a pair of mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio last year. “His supporters – ALL OF THEM – are by definition white nationalist terror supporters.”

“The MAGA hat is a KKK hood,” he added. “And this evil, racist scourge must be eradicated from society.”

Amazingly enough, Twitter, who has banned numerous conservatives for far less egregious comments, has yet to take action against Aslan who is clearly a guttersnipe and stain on the social media platform.

President Trump tweeted his support of Limbaugh, calling him “a great guy [and] fantastic political talent.”

“There is nobody like him,” Trump said. “Looking for a speedy recovery for our friend!”
