It’s Christmastime at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and on Monday, First Lady Melania Trump posted a video to social media unveiling the absolutely stunning White House Christmas decorations for this year – including a Nativity scene.

“The President, Barron, and I are very excited for our first Christmas in the White House,” Melania said in a statement. “As with many families across the country, holiday traditions are very important to us. I hope when visiting the People’s House this year, visitors will get a sense of being home for the holidays. On behalf of my husband and Barron, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and joyous holiday season.”
Each room in the White House features a different decoration. The Blue Room holds the official White House Christmas tree, which is decorated with glass ornaments depicting the seal of each state and territory. Per tradition, Melania welcomed the tree last week, a 19-and-a-half-foot Balsam fir from Wisconsin.

The East Wing pays tribute to service members, with a Gold Star Family Tree decorated with patriotic ribbon and gold stars. The State Dining Room holds a traditional gingerbread house, modeled after the south facade of the White House. The China room table is set for a family Christmas dinner using china from President Ronald Reagan.
The White House will host Christmas tours all throughout the month of December. Earlier this month, Melania tweeted a photo of a few pages of the White House Christmas booklet, which is handed out to visitors and guests during the holiday season.

In addition to the decorations inside the White House, the First Family will participate in National Christmas Tree lighting ceremony in front of the White House on Nov. 30. This year marks the ceremony’s 95th anniversary.
