Eleven members of MS-13 have been charged in connection with kidnappings and deaths of two teens in Fairfax, Va. whose bodies were found in a local park, according to a Friday report.
The two bodies of Edvin Escobar Mendez, 17, and Sergio Arita Triminio, 14, were found in Holmes Run Park on March 3, 2017 after police received a tip in 2016. When authorities searched the park they found the two bodies buried, NBC 4 reported.
All eleven suspects were born in El Salvador, according to WUSA9.

- Yonathan Melgar Martinez, aka “Oso” 21, El Salvador, conspiracy to kidnap
- Pablo Miguel Barrera Velasco, aka “Oscuro” 20, El Salvador, conspiracy to kidnap
- Anderson Villatoro, aka “Enterrado” 21, El Salvador, conspiracy to kidnap
- Francisco Avila Avalos, aka “Picador” 20, El Salvador, conspiracy to kidnap
- Fredys Baires Abarca, aka “Lil Clandestino” 20, El Salvador, conspiracy to kidnap

Of the 11 MS-13 member just indicted in connection with the deaths of 2 Fairfax County teens, all but one are undocumented immigrants from El Salvador & one has a green card. 10 of 11 are in custody but one is believed to have fled the country. @nbcwashington pic.twitter.com/4i7tg5P79P

The eleven suspects each face a maximum penalty of life in prison, if convicted.
