CNN Contributor Rick Wilson Gets Flattened By Domino’s Pizza After Complaint Involving Kayleigh McEnany

It what can only be defined as a complete “boomer rube” moment, frequent CNN contributor Rick Wilson got absolutely owned by Domino’s Pizza after he complained about a 2012 tweet involving Kayleigh McEnany.

It’s difficult to sort through and convey just how badly Wilson stepped on a rake for an unassisted self-goal, but it’s so, so worth it.

Apparently, someone brought an old tweet by McEnany, the White House Press Secretary, to Wilson’s attention.

The tweet shows her praising Domino’s as “wayyy better than any NYC Pizza.”

The pizza chain replied, “That’s one heck of a compliment! Thanks for the love!”

Wilson Faceplants

Now the average person would look at that exchange and say, ‘Huh,’ and go about their day.

They might also note that it took place in 2012 when McEnany was a 24-year-old still attending college.

But Wilson, a virulent anti-Trumper whose soul has been ripped out of him ever since the President assumed office, and who channels that anguish by taking his Napoleon complex out on everyone around him who does not agree, is no average man.

Instead, Colonel Sanders’ doppelganger shared the tweet and fumed, “You just killed your brand.”

Wilson added the hashtag “#ETTD” – ‘Everything Trump Touches Dies’ – which, not coincidentally, is the name of his latest book.

Domino’s Wrecks Him

It’s a virtual certainty that Wilson pushed away from his keyboard after sending that tweet with a smile on his face. Maybe he even took a victory lap around the block, bluebirds singing on his shoulder as he belts out “Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah.”

All the while thinking, ‘I did it … I brought down an entire pizza chain, the President and McEnany will be to blame, and I can sit back and soak up the cheers from the liberal media who see me as little more than their dancing anti-Trump monkey.’

He didn’t see the fact that it was an 8-year-old tweet.

He didn’t see that nobody with at least one foot planted firmly on the ground was taking him seriously.

And he definitely didn’t think for one moment he was going to be absolutely flattened by a Domino’s delivery …

Ouch. Wilson’s entire career encapsulated in one tweet.

“It’s unfortunate that thanking a customer for a compliment back in 2012 would be viewed as political,” Domino’s replied directly to Wilson. “Guess that’s 2020 for ya.”

Guess that’s Rick Wilson for ya.

This is the same man who earlier this year took part in a CNN segment in which panelists mocked supporters of the President, and he called them “credulous boomer rubes.”

“Donald Trump’s the smart one – and y’all elitists are dumb!'” Wilson said with a heavy southern drawl, imitating what he thought a Trump supporter sounds like.

“‘Your math and your reading!'” he added. “‘All those lines on the map!'”

Remember that the next time you see Wilson on TV. He thinks he’s smarter than you. He’s a self-fantasizing intellectual superpower.

And yet he just got thoroughly outed as incompetent by a pizza joint.
