Rep. Mark Meadows revealed that whistleblowers are set to make some “explosive” allegations against the Clinton Foundation at a hearing scheduled for Thursday.
Meadows spoke with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum earlier this week and noted that multiple whistleblowers have turned over thousands of pages of evidence alleged to show illegal activities at the foundation.
MacCallum noted that the potential bombshell revelations have been given little attention in the mainstream media, and inquired what’s next in the investigation.
“We’re going to be having a hearing this week,” Meadows announced, “not only covering over some of those 6,000 pages that you’re talking about, but hearing directly from three whistleblowers that have actually spent the majority of the last two years investigating this.”
The evidence against the Clinton Foundation
During the interview segment, Meadows was asked if the whistleblowers had any evidence against Hillary Clinton -“that there was ever a quid pro quo of a donation in return for some activity as Secretary of State?”
“Well, they do,” Meadows replied.
Illegal activities, according to earlier reports, include but are not limited to, misappropriation of funds, quid-pro-quo allegations for donors, and millions in tax delinquencies.
The documents were part of a submission filed in August of 2017 with the IRS and FBI, but received sunlight recently when a federal prosecutor requested them.
If Meadows is correct, and I don’t see why he wouldn’t be, Huber is about to drop the atomic hammer on the Clinton Foundation. https://t.co/1tp51WHVYs

“Some of the allegations they make are quite explosive,” Meadows stated. “And as – we just look at the contributions. Now everybody’s focused on the contributions for the Clinton Foundation and what has happened just in the last year.”
Meadows is referencing reports in which tax documents showed a massive drop off in donor funds after Hillary lost the election. But he also notes that donations exploded when she was named Secretary of State as well.
“If you look at it,” he pointed out, “(donations) had a very strong rise the minute she was selected as secretary of state … It dipped down when she was no longer there.”
The FBI is investigating
Another noteworthy segment in the interview involves Meadows’ announcement that the FBI is actually conducting an investigation into the foundation.
“I’ve been led to believe that there is actually an ongoing investigation with the FBI, even though DOJ is not independently confirming that,” said Meadows.
“Based on conversations that they’ve had and others, it sounds like there is a real investigation going on that hopefully will provide some real fruit.”
Some of the seedy allegations against the Clinton Foundation include a $12 million donation from the King of Morocco in exchange for a meeting, a $1 million ‘gift’ from Qatar, and special consideration for “Friends of Bill” after a devastating earthquake in Haiti.

Oh, and yes, also an attempt to meet with Russian president Vladimir Putin, as well as a host of other Russian dignitaries, just two months into her term at the State Department.
