California Democrat Claimed There’s a ‘War on Trans People’ on Same Day Transgender Woman Shoots Up Elementary School

California State Senator Scott Wiener – yes, that is his name and yes, of course, he is a Democrat – kicked off a ‘Transgender Week of Visibility’ on Monday by declaring there is an ongoing war against trans people.

Shortly thereafter, Nashville police chief John Drake confirmed that the suspect in an elementary school shooting earlier in the day that killed three 9-year-old children and three adults identifies “as transgender.”

Audrey Hale, a former student at The Covenant School, a private Presbyterian school, opened fire early Monday morning and killed six people before being fatally shot by police.

Authorities identified Hale as a transgender woman. She reportedly listed “He/Him” pronouns on a LinkedIn profile.

Scott Wiener Kicks off Transgender Week of Visibility in Style

In what will go down as a gold medal performance in the bad-timing Olympics, Scott Wiener celebrated a ‘Transgender Week of Visibility’ by falsely declaring there is an ongoing war against that community. And he did so just a couple of hours before authorities declared the school shooter to be transgender.

“As we start Transgender Week of Visibility — a week to uplift our trans siblings — red states continue to all but ban trans people from existing,” he boldly declared.

“The war on trans people continues,” Wiener added.

Wiener had pulled off quite the bold statement considering a transgender woman had just turned a Christian elementary school into a war zone.

Critics of his ill-timed comments were many, as they repeatedly beat Wiener for his ridiculous declaration.

“This aged poorly,” wrote political commentator Ian Miles Cheong.

“Your transgender friends committed a war on Christian kids today,” responded conservative journalist Carmine Sabia. “Any comment?”

Another simply replied, “Exquisite timing, freak.”

The Texas Family Project, an organization advocating on behalf of families, fired back: “We are trying to protect kids from adults that are obsessed with their sexuality. Why does that bother you?”

Trans Day of Vengeance

Aside from a ‘Transgender Week of Visibility,’ Wiener’s comments come the same week activists had reportedly planned a “Trans Day of Vengeance.”

“The cold-blooded mass murder at a Christian school in Nashville by an apparent transgender person came just days before a planned ‘Trans Day of Vengeance’ organized by the Trans Radical Activist Network,” tweeted Federalist co-founder, Sean Davis.

Wiener is a top proponent of gay issues.

He is often photographed at the infamous Folsom Street Fair – an annual BDSM and leather subculture event featuring graphic sex simulations or acts in the open.

He co-authored a bill that lowered the penalty for knowingly exposing someone to HIV from a felony to a misdemeanor.

Wiener has been described by Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene as a “communist groomer.”

Wiener sponsored a bill that was signed by then-Governor Jerry Brown in 2017 that could lead to jail time for those who don’t use the “right” pronoun in identifying people.
