There’s no shortage of speculation regarding the poor health of two-time failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, but former President Bill Clinton didn’t look too hot himself during an interview with PBS on Thursday.
Clinton appeared on “PBS NewsHour” alongside James Patterson to promote their new book, “The President Is Missing.” However, Judy Woodruff inevitably turned the conversation to Clinton’s relationship with Monica Lewinsky – and Clinton could be seen sitting slump, his face hanging as he chewed on his tongue. Perhaps even more concerning than Clinton’s appearance was his answer to Woodruff’s question. Twenty years later, he clearly still considers himself the victim in the affair he initiated.
But, notably, this isn’t the first time Clinton has chewed on his tongue, slack-jawed. In fact, he’s made something of a habit of it.
In the clip below from his explosive interview with “Today’s” Craig Melvin, Clinton can be seen at the edge of the shot, mouth agape.

In June 2017, Clinton’s left hand visibly shook as he held a microphone during an appearance with George W. Bush. He also appeared to have sores on his lip and face, and during the question, he chewed on his tongue.
And who can forget Clinton’s strange, spaced-out demeanor during the 2016 Democratic National Convention?
Clinton’s hand tremors have drawn enough attention that he actually addressed the issue in 2013:
“I have a condition that sometimes you get with aging,” Clinton said at the time, the Huffington Post reported. “You may have noticed it; my hand has a little tremor when I’m tired and a lot of people do when they’re older.”
“The first time it happened, I had to go get myself checked to make sure I didn’t have Parkinson’s [disease],” he said.
Clinton says his doctor told him he didn’t have the condition. However, he is clearly not well. He and his wife would both do well to take an extended break from the spotlight.
