Beto O’Rourke Compares Trump’s Immigration Talk to Nazi Germany

Beto O’Rourke compared President Trump’s rhetoric on illegal immigration to something you might expect to hear in 1930s Nazi Germany.

When are Democrats going to learn that comparing anything – ANYTHING – to that time period is dreadfully ignorant, as well as thoughtless to those who legitimately suffered, or knew someone who suffered through that time?

Apparently, not any time soon.

When asked how he would address criticisms from Republicans, O’Rourke slammed “the rhetoric of a president who not only describes immigrants as rapists and criminals but as animals and an infestation.”

O’Rourke, an actual 2020 presidential candidate, is willfully lying, but a Democrat can get away with that because the media will never call them out on it. All of those keywords uttered by Trump – ‘animals,’ ‘infestation,’ ‘rapists and criminals’ – were all referring to criminal illegal immigrants and/or violent illegal gang members. And they were all accurate.

Beto continued by ticking off a list of other keywords and phrases that the left uses in their talking points.

“Seeking to ban all Muslims, all people of one religion, what other country on the face of the planet does that kind of thing?” he asked. Or in our human history? Or in the history of the western world? Because they are somehow deficient or violent or a threat to us?”

Um, yes. Yes, most definitely when they were using radical ideology to kill innocent people, as was an all-too-frequent occurrence during the previous administration.

Third Reich

“I might expect someone to describe another human being as an infestation in the Third Reich,” added Beto. “I would not expect that in the United States of America.”

One could argue that the worst infestation plaguing America right now is actually this kind of Gen X liberalism offered by O’Rourke and the other Democrats who operate more on their perceived morals than truth.

That notwithstanding, nobody in Beto’s camp apparently approached him and said ‘Hey, comparing securing borders to Nazi Germany … maybe not a good idea.’

Because he doubled down on it!

Proving his hypocrisy, O’Rourke also lamented that Democrats won’t be successful “if we descend into that pettiness and meanness and those personal attacks.”

Don’t descend into personal attacks … BUT THAT GUY IS LITERALLY HITLER!

Seems reasonable.

Not Reasonable

Beto is, for reasons known only to him, obsessed with comparing everything in today’s world to events during the time of World War II. Perhaps that’s the only information he retained in high school, it’s difficult to say.

But everything is just like World War II in his mind, and the comparisons become old and laughable after a while.

In Beto’s World:

Somebody needs to have an intervention and let him know this isn’t a winning argument.

Maybe ditch the offensive rhetoric and just go back to being plain ol’ ignorant. Like that time he argued that a wall is not necessary since “we do not have” a problem at the southern border. Or that time he claimed walls are racist.
