Far-left Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) got into a heated exchange with a witness at an impeachment hearing for President Biden Wednesday.
The witness, Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, was challenged to explicitly state that he was testifying that the President had committed a crime.
“Is it your testimony today that you personally witnessed President Joe Biden commit a crime?” AOC demanded.
Bobulinski attempted to reply in the affirmative only to be cut off by the New York Democrat who demanded specifics.
“How much time do I have to go through it,” he fired back before testifying that the President had run afoul of “corruption statutes, RICO and conspiracy, FARA [Foreign Agents Registration Act].”
“What is the crime sir, specifically,” Ocasio-Cortez insisted, dismissing those he had just mentioned.
“You asked me to answer the question. I answered the question. RICO, you’re obviously not familiar with. Corruption statutes. FARA,” Bobulinski replied.
Tony Bobulinski brings the fire!

AOC: RICO Is Not A Crime
As wild as that scene was, the takeaway came when AOC declared – confidently, mind you – that “RICO. Is not. A Crime.”
“It is a cat-e-gory.”
Which will come as a pleasant surprise to former President Donald Trump who was hit with RICO charges in his Georgia alleged election interference case.
“Excuse me sir, RICO is not a crime. It is a category,” AOC shot back. She used a cadence normally reserved for her TikTok Ted Talks.
“Oh no, it’s a category of crime that you are then charged with,” Bobulinski helpfully explained.
“It’s funny, in this committee room — everyone’s not here — there’s over 18 lawyers that went to law school. I’ll leave it up to you guys to define the statute.”
RICO, or the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, is indeed a federal law in the United States aimed at combating organized crime. It allows for the prosecution of individuals involved in a criminal enterprise, including those who may not have directly committed the crime but played a role in the organization.

Self-Owned
What a display. There’s no doubt AOC, if she re-watched that exchange and had the capability of understanding what just happened, would be humiliated.
One can just tell by her body language – the head sway, for example – that she thinks she’s back at the bar arguing with a patron instead of trying to make a point in a congressional chamber.
She simply doesn’t have the capacity to intellectually understand what she is saying.
AOC first thought Bobulinski wouldn’t flat-out say “yes” to the question of whether or not President Biden committed a crime. Oh, but she had a backup plan. ‘There’s no way he’d be able to cite specific crimes,’ she thought.
Next step, once she realized he was doing just that, talk over him and repeatedly ask him to say what he’s already said. When the meltdown reaches it’s climax, spit out something completely and provably false … but say it with gusto. They won’t know you have no idea what you’re talking about as long as you’re confident when saying it.
Good enough for a junior high debate team. Not good enough for a congresswoman. Which is practically a summary of her entire career so far. Not good enough for Congress.
Go ahead and watch that first clip above one more time. This time, pay attention to the people behind Bobulinski. Multiple people break up in laughter at AOC’s attempts to throw Bobulinski off and claim that RICO is not a crime.
One, to his left, whips out his cell phone when he realizes the congresswoman is having a meltdown worthy of posting to social media.
In a career full of embarrassing moments, AOC gave one for the ages yesterday.
