Proving once again that out-of-touch lawmakers are willing to make things all about them – just like out-of-touch Hollywood actors and actresses – Democrat women announced they will wear black outfits to President Trump’s first State of the Union address.

The stunt is allegedly designed to show solidarity with victims of sexual misconduct. Because A) Wearing black accomplishes so much and B) They’d like you to forget they just did their damndest to put two of the biggest purveyors of sexual misconduct on the planet, Bill and Hillary Clinton, back in the White House.

The movement is being spearheaded by Congresswoman Jackie Speier (D-CA).

“This is a culture change that is sweeping the country, and Congress is embracing it,” she announced.

Funny, this ‘culture change’ sweeping Congress only began cropping up once the Clinton family had no political power any longer.

This is the same party that spent decades enabling the behavior of one William Jefferson Clinton. They actually cheered the man, an accused rapist, after he was impeached for lying about an affair he had with an intern. They didn’t wear black then, they celebrated a predator!

The Democrat Party is all about stunts these days when it comes to President Trump. They have no platform, they only have fashion statements that supposedly take away from his message.

It was just one year ago at Trump’s inauguration that Democrats were wearing a different color – all white – to his first address to Congress. The message then was an effort to support women’s progress and honor the suffrage movement.

“We wear white to unite against any attempts by the Trump administration to roll back the incredible progress women have made in the last century, and we will continue to support the advancement of all women,” Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) announced.

Then, of course, they took a photo op to scream ‘Look at me! Look at me!”

These same Democrats then went out and defended the likes of Al Franken and John Conyers to the hilt.

It’s embarrassing to think these types of stunts will do anything for the actual victims of sexual misconduct. Actions speak louder than words, folks. You want to do something for sexual misconduct, start by cleaning up your own party.

Will this stunt by Democrat lawmakers accomplish anything? Tell us what you think below!
