Woman Who Assaulted Man Wearing MAGA Hat Arrested by ICE

A woman charged with assault and battery after knocking a MAGA hat off of a customer in a Massachusettes Mexican restaurant has been arrested by ICE and faces possible deportation from the United States.

The woman, 41-year-old Rosaine Santos, admitted that her actions were triggered by the man’s pro-Trump “Make America Great Again” hat. She told police the victim was a “motherf****r” for supporting the President.

Santos, according to the police report, also tried having the man banned from the restaurant.

“This is the problem – ignorant people like this,” the man said in a video posted to social media. “I’m just trying to sit here and eat a nice meal.”

Santos did all of this in direct view of four police officers, allegedly.

Faces Deportation

Now – the irony of all ironies – Santos has been arrested by the President’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement department and could be deported after it was discovered she is in the country illegally.

“Deportation officers with ICE’s Fugitive Operations Team arrested Rosaine Santos, an unlawfully present citizen of Brazil, today near Falmouth, Massachusetts,” ICE announced in a statement.

“Santos is currently facing local charges for assault and other offenses,” it reads further. “She is presently in ICE custody and has been entered into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts.”

Despite being in the country illegally and assaulting a man for the crime of wearing a hat she finds offensive, Santos insists the real victim here is her.

“I just had to stand up for myself,” she said. “He’s not a victim. I am the victim. I have been bullied.”

MAGA Hats Triggering Lunatics Everywhere

What is it with MAGA hats triggering liberals so easily?

In July of last year, black interns for the GOP alleged that a driver for the ride-sharing company Uber refused them service over their hats. They filed a lawsuit.

Snowflakes in New York have had better luck. A Manhattan judge ruled that businesses have a right to refuse service to supporters of President Trump because the law does not protect people from ‘political discrimination.’

Imagine if a liberal, a pro-gay marriage activist, or an abortion supporter were refused service or assaulted in any business simply because they had their ‘I’m With Her’ t-shirt on.

Wall-to-wall coverage.

At least now someone is rightfully facing deportation after being arrested for their actions. Having the law and order president back in town is enough to trigger any alleged criminal like Santos.
