A woman attending a town hall event for Beto O’Rourke eviscerated the presidential hopeful, telling him “hell no” you’re not getting her guns.
“Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47,” O’Rourke said with the excitement of a child on Christmas Eve at the previous Democratic debate. “We’re not going to allow it to be used against a fellow American anymore.”
Not wishing to engage in hyperbole here, but Lauren Bobert provided an incredible beatdown of O’Rourke’s call to confiscate firearms from law-abiding Americans.
“Gun-owning Americans who heard your speech and heard what you had to say, regarding ‘Hell yes,’ we’re going to take your AR-15s and AK-47s,” she reminded. “Well, I am here to say, hell no, you’re not.”
Bobert proceeded to school the Texas Democrat on limiting the Second Amendment is exponentially worse for women.
“I have four children, I am 5-foot-0, 100 pounds, I cannot really defend myself with a fist,” she explained. “I want to know how you’re going to legislate that because a criminal breaks the law, so all you’re going to do is restrict law-abiding citizens, like myself.”

Bobert didn’t hold back any punches, taking Robert Francis on over his criminal background.
“We all know that you sir, have a criminal history,” she chided, a reference to his arrest for drunk driving at the age of 26, before adding, “self-defense is a right that we have that shall not be infringed in America.”
Listen to the children shouting in the background. One refers to her as a “bootlicker” while another insists that disarming citizens does not leave them defenseless.

At another point during his Colorado visit, O’Rourke signaled that he’d be open to a discussion about getting rid of semi-automatic or other classes of firearms through his confiscation plan.

Democrat Senator Joe Manchin recently echoed Bobert’s sentiments saying, “[Beto’s] not taking my guns away from me. You tell Beto that OK?”
That’s pretty much a message straight from all of Constitution-loving America.
