Watch: White House Lackey Robotically Repeats Claim ‘MAGA Republicans’ Want To ‘Destroy America’

Since President Joe Biden’s fire and brimstone speech in Pennsylvania, where he claimed “MAGA Republicans” are an extremist “threat to democracy,” the administration has attempted to perfect a delicate balancing act.

This tight-wire performance has been between painting a picture of a President willing to work with others and demonizing half of the American public that voted for President Trump. 

Former Atlanta Mayor turned Senior Advisor for Public Engagement for the White House Keisha Bottoms flexed her acrobatic rhetoric muscles for this purpose on MSNBC’s “The Sunday Show with Jonathan Capehart.” The Biden administration is putting all their eggs in the MAGA Republican talking point basket, with all members reciting the same key phrases hoping to ignite the Democratic base and Independent voters.

In a clip from the interview, Ms. Bottoms said the catchphrase ‘MAGA Republican Agenda’ a total of four times in just over two minutes, clearly signaling that the administration’s primary and perhaps only strategy heading into the midterms is to paint a demographic of the voting base as a threat to our very existence.

The Agenda

Ms. Bottoms explains to Mr. Capehart that the “MAGA Republican agenda” is one that “gives no consideration to the rule of law,” that “has no respect for a woman’s right to choose,” and that “wants to defund the FBI.” She goes on to state rather confidently:

“I think people will think of all of these things when they go to the ballot box. No matter what their party affiliation is.”

In a display of pure journalistic mediocrity, Mr. Capehart points out the obvious, saying that it appears the President is taking a “tough line against Republicans writ large,” teeing up Ms. Bottoms to move onto the second part of the White House communications strategy: painting themselves as the beacon of righteousness.

Ms. Bottoms illustrates this when she says they believe it is:

“…important for all of us who care about the United States of America to call out what we see.”

And what is it that the Biden administration sees? According to Ms. Bottoms:

“…an effort to disrupt our democracy.”

Destruction?

According to the White House, Ms. Bottoms states that ‘MAGA Republicans’ and the ‘MAGA Republican agenda’ are a “danger to our democracy, it is a danger to our way of life.”

While I disagreed with almost everything Ms. Bottoms had to say, there was one point I wholeheartedly agree with her. 

At the end of the interview, Ms. Bottoms states:

“It will always be important to call out any effort there is to destroy the United States of America.”

You knocked that line out of the park, Ms. Bottoms, so let’s go ahead and call out some efforts made by the more extreme members of the Democratic Party to destroy our democracy and way of life. But, since I am limited on word count, I’ll keep it to one of her main points: The Rule of Law argument.

Let’s take a quick trip back to the Summer of 2020, where we saw city after city burn and livelihoods destroyed in the name of racial and social justice to what some estimate now is close to $2 billion worth of property damage.

Not to mention the 25 people who were killed in the 2020 riots. 

The summer of 2020 kicked off a wave of what has become one of the biggest concerns for many Americans: crime.

A Danger To Our Way Of Life

During what many on the left try to sell the American people as ‘peaceful protest’ during the 2020 summer riots, Vice President Kamala Harris tweeted her support for rioters, urging Americans:

“If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.”

This same fund recently helped release a convicted criminal who subsequently killed a man he had a ‘beef’ with. This same individual had eight convictions for indecent exposure, one of which also carried a weapons charge. 

An argument could be made that the Vice President can’t be held accountable for the occasional mistake where a truly dangerous person is released thanks to this fund and ends the life of another. Fair enough.

However, should she be held to task for supporting an organization that openly advocates for what they call ‘wide-scale decarceration’? I would argue that’s a pretty significant threat to our way of life in the United States.

But I suppose this is just the way of life in our country now. According to a survey done by the Major Cities Chief’s Association, overall violent crime in the United States this year has risen by 4.4%, with the following breakouts:

• robberies up 13%
• homicides up 50%
• aggravated assaults up 36%

Pot, Meet Kettle

It’s hard to take the Biden administration and their lackeys seriously when they claim that there is some ‘MAGA Republican’ sect in the U.S. hell-bent on destroying our democracy when there are members of the Democratic Party sitting in Congress who are loud and proud Democratic Socialists.

Also hard to buy the ‘MAGA extremist’ line when Democrats crawled all over each other to support an organization such as Black Lives Matter, run by self-proclaimed trained Marxists.

It’s the hypocrisy that I think will stick with many voters this year and for years to come when they are told about how ‘MAGA Republicans’ make our country less safe while Democratic nominees like Wisconsin’s Mandela Barnes advocates for the elimination of cash bail and Pennsylvania’s John Fetterman speaks of clemency for violent criminals.

Some might try to tell me that the President has been clear that he doesn’t think all Republicans are extremists out to topple our freedoms, quoting his speech where he says:

“Not every Republican, not even the majority of Republicans, are MAGA Republicans. Not every Republican embraces their extreme ideology.”

However, I would point them to two sentences later when Uncle Joe says:

“But there is no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans, and that is a threat to this country.”

I’m sorry to tell you this, Ms. Bottoms, but I think people will think about their grocery bills, the crime in their communities, and how the President called half of the country extremists when they go to the ballot box.

And it’s high time we all call him and your party out on their efforts to destroy the United States of America.
