Senator John Kennedy might want to consider touring the comedy clubs following a speech that brought down the house and kept attendees to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in stitches.
The Louisiana Republican is a favorite of Fox News viewers, often making quick appearances that feature unique one-liners and quips delivered in that trademark folksy southern accent.
Having been allotted 15 minutes for his speech, you just knew the man was going to deliver. His opening line indicated attendees weren’t going to be let down.
“My name is John Kennedy,” he said to applause. “I’m a United States senator.”
“Though I have tried to rise above it,” he quipped, eliciting laughter from the crowd.

John Kennedy Speaks ‘Truth’: The Biden Administration ‘Sucks’
John Kennedy immediately dipped into addressing the Democrat party which he believes is being overrun by “weird” liberals.
Truth, he said, would be the topic of the day. The “unadorned, unvarnished truth.”
“The truth is that Americans aren’t perfect. We’re not,” Kennedy said. “But the other side is crazy.”
“Americans do not deserve to be governed by deeply weird … people who hate George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Dr. Seuss, and Mr. Potatohead, who hyperventilate on their yoga mats if you use the wrong pronoun,” Kennedy continued.
“They think kids should be able to change their gender at recess … and think they are better than us.”

Senator John Kennedy offered another unvarnished truth in his CPAC speech. But he delivered it ever so gently.
“I do not hate anyone. I look for grace wherever I can find it, so I say this gently …” Kennedy taunted. “The Biden administration sucks.”
Biden’s perpetually low approval ratings on his handling of nearly every major issue facing Americans indicates that yes, that is the truth – this administration sucks.
How bad is it? Well, let’s just let Senator Kennedy offer his explanation of the President’s incompetence.
“President Biden has been spectacularly awful. If you put President Biden in charge of the Sahara desert, he would run out of sand,” he joked.
“If the aliens landed in Washington, D.C., tomorrow and said, ‘Take me to your leader,’ it would be embarrassing.”

The Man is a National Treasure
John Kennedy’s CPAC speech should be enshrined in the National Archives, though there’s a chance President Biden would bring it home to his garage.
He has delivered so much material over the years that it’s hard to overstate just how entertaining the man is.
Even in between nuggets of wisdom, the man dropped other truths such as: “Kale tastes like I’d rather be fat.”

Previous hall-of-fame efforts have seen Kennedy smack down Dr. Anthony Fauci after he complained that attacks on him are an attack on ‘science’. The ‘science’ that was ultimately proven wrong on nearly every COVID-related report in the past few years.

Kennedy has mocked the Squad as presenting legislation that belongs in the “woke Olympics” while describing them as “the four horsewomen of the Apocalypse.”
“They think that America and its people are even more wicked now, that we are all racist and misogynistic, and evil,” Kennedy said of the ‘Squad.’
“They’re entitled to their opinion, they are Americans, but I’m entitled to my opinion, and I just think they’re left-wing cranks, and they’re the reason that there are directions on a shampoo bottle,” he added.
