ABC News anchor Amy Robach said the network spiked a story on pedophile Jeffrey Epstein three years ago, engaging in a media coverup due to his powerful connections.
Robach’s comments can be heard in a video released by conservative investigator James O’Keefe of Project Veritas.
In the video, which was recorded on set in August, Robach can be heard on a hot mic saying the Epstein scandal having been blown wide open was frustrating considering she had information on his crimes years prior.
Most notable is the fact that she implicated former President Bill Clinton in the story.
“It was unbelievable what we had,” Robach laments. “Clinton, we had everything. I tried for three years to get it on to no avail. And now it’s all coming out and it’s like these new revelations, and I freaking had all of it.”
She also tossed out names such as Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz.
The anchor claims her network “quashed the story” for fear of losing interviews with high profile individuals such as Prince William or Kate.

ABC’s Epstein Coverup
Robach went on to express that she had convinced one of Epstein’s victims to come forward, stating “she had pictures, she had everything.”
Repeating remarks made by an attorney at that time, Robach said: “There will come a day when we will realize Jeffrey Epstein was the most prolific pedophile this country has ever known.”
She went on to express the opinion that Epstein had been killed in prison.
“So do I think he was killed? 100% Yes, I do … He made his whole living blackmailing people … Yup, there were a lot of men in those planes. A lot of men who visited that Island, a lot of powerful men who came into that apartment.”
Robach’s assertion has been backed up recently by Dr. Michael Baden, a forensic pathologist who has worked on numerous high-profile cases. Baden revealed that medical evidence points to Epstein’s death being more consistent with homicide than the official ruling of suicide.

Robach Tries to Backpedal
Robach issued a statement regarding the video, claiming ABC never told her to stop pursuing the story and that the original interview was spiked due to ABC’s “editorial standards.”
Spike for three years, apparently.
“As a journalist, as the Epstein story continued to unfold last summer, I was caught in a private moment of frustration,” Robach explained. “I was upset that an important interview I had conducted with Virginia Roberts didn’t air because we could not obtain sufficient corroborating evidence to meet ABC’s editorial standards.”
Which, in hindsight, is incredibly funny since ABC’s “editorial standards” led them to recently fact-checking a lighthearted, clearly photoshopped photo of President Trump putting a medal around the neck of a dog who participated in the raid that killed ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
That met their standards. Not claims from a victim of Epstein.
Christine Pelosi, a DNC official, and daughter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi warned Democrats in July that the sex-trafficking case against Epstein could implicate “some of our fave(s)” politicians.
An analysis by Fox News in 2016 showed former President Bill Clinton traveled on Epstein’s jet, known as the “Lolita Express,” 26 separate times, and that several of them involved Clinton ditching his Secret Service detail.
Epstein was arrested and charged with sex trafficking in July. Imagine how many victims could have been spared the anguish this wretched man subjected them to had ABC News actually run Robach’s story.
