Trump Is Providing Dinner for Police Officers Working the Hillary Riots

While Hillary Clinton supporters are marching the streets shouting “kill the police,” President Elect Donald Trump has taken a decidedly different tact – He’s providing food for the officers being forced to babysit protesters at his hotel in Chicago.

It’s an incredible gesture considering the way police officers have been treated under the Obama administration, and would have been treated had Hillary won.

Finally there’s a President (elect) who supports police. For eight years it seems like President Barack Obama hated cops. When cops did their job, putting their life on the line, it always seemed like Obama hated on the police. It didn’t seem like he ever once in his easy life had supported the blue collar protectors of the innocent.

It’s no great surprise to see that Donald Trump is already taking small steps to show his support.

The video below is just a small example of his gratitude for the police officers of New York. He has provided a free meal for the officers who have to unfortunately deal with all the loser liberals causing chaos because they lost in a fair election.

It’s not steak and lobster, but at least the cops don’t have to get ganged up on in a deli somewhere in NYC. At least the cops have a place to take a quick break before they get outside and hopefully mace someone or shoot them with a fire-hose.

Honestly, it’s probably quite a welcome sight for the police officers who might be concerned about being confronted by these thugs should they venture out for a bite to eat.

Weasel Zippers reports that workers at the Trump hotel are also providing bathroom breaks for the officers.

Trump has already taken significant steps to improve relations between the White House and our men and women in blue.

For example, Sgt. Paul Tuozzolo of the NYPD was fatally shot in the Bronx earlier this month. One day after the election, having the presidency already secured, Trump called Tuozzolo’s wife to offer condolences.

“I’m very sorry I cannot be there with you today,” Trump said. “My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.”

That kind of respect for a police officer and their family is practically unheard of in the age of Obama.

We’re thankful to finally have a president who supports the police. Law and order candidate, indeed.
