Trump Nominated For Nobel Peace Prize For Third Time 

President Donald Trump has been nominated for a 2021 Nobel Peace Prize for the third time this year.

Australian law professor David Flint made the nomination, praising the “Trump Doctrine” against endless wars.

Professor Flint: ‘Trump Doctrine’ Means President ‘Would No Longer Have America Involved In Endless Wars’

David Flint told Sky News in Australia, “The Trump Doctrine is something extraordinary, as so many things that Donald Trump does.”

“He is guided by two things, which seem to be absent from so many politicians,” Flint continued.

“He has firstly common sense and he is only guided by a national interest, and therefore, in our circumstances, an interest in the Western alliance.”

“What he has done with the Trump Doctrine is that he has decided that he would no longer have America involved in endless wars, wars which achieve nothing, but the killing of thousands of young Americans and enormous debts imposed on America,” the professor added.

‘He Fully Deserves The Nobel Peace Prize’

Flint also cited the recent peace deal brokered by Trump between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

“What Trump did was he went ahead and negotiated against all advice, but he did it with common sense,” Flint told Sky News.

“He negotiated directly with the Arab states concerned and Israel and brought them together and these states are lining up,” Flint added.

“He’s also been the first American president to work out how to make America energy independent of the Middle East,” Flint finished. “He is really producing peace in the world in a way which none of his predecessors did.”

“He fully deserves the Nobel Peace Prize,” Flint insisted.

Professor Flint is not alone in this opinion.

Trump Was Nominated For Nobel Peace Prize Twice Before Flint’s Recommendation

Trump was nominated for the prestigious award in early September by Christian Tybring-Gjedde, who leads Norway’s NATO delegation.

Tybring-Gjedde also cited Trump’s success in arranging a peace deal between Israel and the UAE as the reason for his nomination.

“For his merit, I think he has done more trying to create peace between nations than most other Peace Prize nominees,” Tybring-Gjedde said.

After Tybring-Gjedde’s nomination, Swedish parliament member Magnus Jacobsson nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize just a few days later.

“I have nominated the US Gov. and the governments of Kosovo and Serbia for the Nobel Peace Prize for their joint work for peace and economic development, through the cooperation agreement signed in the White House,” Jacobsson said.

“Trade and communications are important building blocks for peace,” Jacobsson wrote in a tweet.

President Barack Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize near the beginning of his first term merely for his promise to reset U.S. foreign policy after President George W. Bush’s disastrous war in Iraq.

Later, Nobel officials regretted giving Obama the award.
