North Korea Sentences Trump To Death For Insulting Kim Jong Un

North Korea lashed out at President Donald Trump Wednesday, declaring that he has been sentenced to death.

During the president’s address in South Korea, he “painted a black picture of the [Democratic People’s Republic of Korea], spouting all sorts of rubbish against it,” North Korean state media asserted. Trump’s “worst crime,” though, “is that he dared malignantly hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK,” the Rodong Sinmun asserted, appearing to reference his tweet, which suggested that the noticeably pudgy despot is “short and fat.”

Asserting that Trump “can never be pardoned,” the North stressed that the president is “a hideous criminal sentenced to death by the Korean People.” The state-run outlet called Trump an “old lunatic, mean trickster, and human reject.”

“He will be forced to pay dearly for his blasphemy,” the Rodong Sinmun wrote, further asserting, “The Korean people will regard the face of Trump as a symbol of wolf-like U.S. imperialism and as a target of merciless retaliation.” The North threatened to “send him to the hell he likes so much to tout,” a reference to the president’s speech, during which Trump called North Korea a “hell that no one deserves.”

North Korea appears to have taken offense to Trump’s detailed description of North Korea’s bleak human rights situation during his speech before South Korea’s National Assembly and his call for reunification.

The state-run media outlet criticized Trump for slandering “the happy life of the great Korean people” by presenting real, well-documented examples of North Korean atrocities against its own people, such as the brutal prison camps where hundreds of thousands of people experience unimaginable horrors and the theft of state resources by elites as the people starve.

“The reckless remarks spouted by Trump during his junkets cannot but be viewed as the final confirmation of the White House’s policy hostile to the DPRK, a total denial of the existence of the DPRK, and an open declaration of war,” the North Korean report said. Pyongyang has a long history of interpreting U.S. actions as supposed declarations of war against it and the North Korean people.

To stress their bravery in the face of America’s overwhelming military might, the paper concluded: A “rabid dog’s barking can never frighten the Korean people.” During his address in South Korea, Trump warned North Korea not test the U.S.

“Do not underestimate us. Do not try us,” the president warned. “America does not seek conflict or confrontation, but we will never run from it. History is filled with discarded regimes that have foolishly tested America’s resolve.”
