It was merely one month ago that law enforcement officials in the UK were forced to apologize for conducting a terrorism drill that dared to feature an Islamic attacker.
The ‘terrorists’ in the training exercise shouted the phrase “Allahu Akbar” before setting off their fake bombs. Left-wing outrage ensued, and organizers of the training exercise were forced to bow down to political correctness.
“We acknowledge that it was unacceptable to use this religious phrase immediately before the mock suicide bombing, which so vocally linked this exercise with Islam,” a statement read. “We recognize and apologize for the offence that this has caused.”
Pretending terrorism does not have a direct link to radical Islam has not been relegated simply to the UK, obviously. Three of the worst terrorist attacks on American soil since 9/11 have been overtly caused by political correctness.
- In 2009, Nidal Hassan killed 13 people (as well as an unborn child) in an attack on Fort Hood. CBS reported that “despite significant warning signs that he was an Islamic extremist bent on killing civilians,” the FBI “was too concerned about political correctness and did not launch an investigation” into Hassan.
- Up until this weekend, the San Bernardino attack ranked as the deadliest display of terrorism on U.S. soil since 9/11, killing 14 people and wounding another 17. Neighbors of the shooters in this case reported that they failed to notify authorities of suspicious activity because they didn’t want to be branded racists. The Daily Mail reported neighbors noticed the San Bernardino terrorists ‘acting suspiciously but did NOT report them for fear of racial profiling.’
- Omar Mateen, who killed 50 and wounded another 53 at the recent shooting at an Orlando nightclub, was reported by a co-worker for ‘unhinged’ behavior. But their employer, GS4 Security, “did nothing because he (Mateen) was Muslim.”
Who created this atmosphere where Americans are fearful of being perceived as racist if they confront abnormal behavior? That pointing out radical Islamic extremists are the biggest threat to American safety?
Rather than focusing on the real issues here, the liberal media has done everything in its power to avoid pointing the finger at radical Islamists. And anyone who does is branded with the fake label of “Islamophobic.”
Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has parroted that line of thinking:
@HillaryClinton This statement should be taught in psychology classes throughout our nation, as the definition of ‘delusional.’

Dr. Sebastian Gorka, the Major General Matthew C. Horner Distinguished Chair in Military Theory at the Marine Corps University, wrote in response to the Orlando shooting that “The time for political correctness is behind us.”
“We have to talk truthfully about our enemy, exactly the same way we did during World War II, when facing the Nazis, and during the Cold War, when President Reagan rightfully called the Soviet Union an ‘evil empire,'” he wrote.
Gorka appeared on Fox News saying President Obama and Hillary Clinton ‘have betrayed the American people’ with political correctness.
This kind of political correctness from the left is now responsible for Fort Hood, San Bernardino, and Orlando.
It’s time it stops.
