Socialist Tries to Prank Ted Cruz During Picture

A Bernie-supporter from the Democrat Socialists of America tried to prank Senator Ted Cruz while having their picture taken, but much like her preferred form of government, it failed miserably.

As Cruz was leaving a movie theater that he attended with his wife and daughters over Christmas break, a young woman approached and asked to take a picture with him.

He naturally obliged. The woman moved in as Cruz put his arm around her for the picture and said, “Say socialism will win.”

Without missing a beat, Cruz responded with a smile, “It’s not going to.”

The woman then repeated her claim, because in liberal land, if you repeat something over and over again it will become true.

Ah, to be that young and carefree again, where thoughts and intellectualism take a back seat to childish ideology. Fortunately, she met her match in Senator Cruz.

I mean, come on, the image on the right shows Cruz absolutely giddy about being lobbed a softball at which to smoke this socialist.

Cruz speaks from experience. His father, Rafael Bienvenido Cruz, has been a harsh critic of the regime that controls his home country of Cuba.

His aunt, he wrote upon the death of Fidel Castro in 2016, “bravely joined the resistance to Castro and was jailed and tortured in her turn.”

Socialism, communism, Democrats. They’re all one in the same. Just ask … Democrats.

During a debate with Bernie Sanders, Cruz obliterated the socialist’s tax plan saying “If you took every single person in America making over a million dollars, and you taxed them 100 percent of their income … you took every penny they earned … it would pay 8 percent of the cost of Bernie’s tax plan.”

“You know where they get their money?” he added. “They get it from you, they get it from the middle class.”

Socialism never wins. That’s why Bernie isn’t president of the United States right now.
