On Wednesday, former Senate staffer Tara Reade, who alleges that Joe Biden committed sexual assault against her in 1993, said that the media should question vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris on the accusations.
Reade said during an interview with Scott Whitlock of NewsBusters, “Journalists should be asking her pointedly why there was a smear campaign on me and why Kamala was so aggressive and assertive with Kavanaugh, and here she knows there is a credible sexual assault accusation against Sen. Biden.”
Kamala Harris in 2019 on Biden’s accusers: ‘I believe them and I respect them’
In April 2019, Harris said she believed the women who had accused Biden of touching them inappropriately.
Harris said then, “I believe them and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it.”
Tara Reade went on: “You can’t ignore it. This tactic of smear and ignore is not going to be effective with me. I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced… No one is paying me. It has literally cost me everything.”

“By coming out, I lost a lot,” Reade said. “But I don’t regret it.”

Tara Reade Opposes Bill Clinton speaking at the Democratic National Convention
Reade also also called former President Bill Clinton’s appearance at next week’s Democratic National Convention “unconscionable.”
“It’s unconscionable,” Reade said. “Remember, I’m a lifelong Democrat. I voted for him and believed in him. It is unconscionable that he is being allowed to speak, and it speaks volumes about the Democratic National Committee.”
“The only way we can stop human trafficking and sexual violence is to call it out and shine a light on it and not allow these people to continue in power,” Reade finished.
Bill Clinton accuser Juanita Broaddrick backs Reade
Long-time Bill Clinton accuser Juanita Broaddrick is fighting against the conspiracy of silence against Tara Reade.
Hey, @KamalaHarris …Tara Reade was sexually assaulted by your running mate. Do you even care?
She wasn’t trying to get a “leg up” for political favors like you. She was assaulted.
