Stacey Abrams Concedes After Failing to Win Imaginary Reelection Bid

Despite declaring that she was “on the cusp of victory” Tuesday night, Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams issued a rare concession speech after losing her race with Republican Governor Brian Kemp.

Kemp defeated Abrams for a second time, besting her this Election Day by a solid 7.5 points.

Abrams, who has been the subject of mockery for repeatedly insisting she actually won her previous campaign against Kemp in 2018 despite receiving nearly 55,000 fewer votes, actually delivered a concession speech.

“I may no longer be seeking the office of governor, but I will never stop doing everything in my power to ensure that the people of Georgia have a voice,” she told a crowd of supporters.

“We may not have made it to the finish line, but we ran that race,” she added. “We know that running is what matters. That standing is what matters. Defending is what matters.”

Still, she vowed that there “is always another chapter.”

Stacey Abrams Supporters Disappointed as She Concedes

Fox News spoke to some of Stacey Abrams’ supporters and asked for their thoughts as she conceded the Georgia gubernatorial race.

One fan expressed that she was “devastated, disappointed [and] hurt” by the loss.

Others were more hopeful, saying they “can’t wait to see what’s in store” for Abrams in the future and vowing to “continue to fight” because “that’s what Stacey would do.”

Social media users delivered biting commentary on Stacey Abrams and the fact that this amounts to the first time she concedes.

Conservative pundit Allie Beth Stuckey pointed out that being a media darling doesn’t necessarily lead to political wins.

“Stacey Abrams’s loss is yet another reminder that most people *do not care* about celebrity or media support,” she wrote. “She had every influencer in her pocket and STILL LOST. Good riddance.”

President of the Election Denier Club

Stacey Abrams’ concession speech marks the end of a time-honored tradition. Her unwillingness to accept defeat has been rivaled only by former President Donald Trump.

Just last year the Gerogia Democrat repeated claims that she had the 2018 election stolen from her and that Brian Kemp wasn’t the true winner.

“Just because you win doesn’t mean you won,” she told those in attendance.

She told supporters at a luncheon in Houston in 2019 that she wasn’t “delusional” mere moments after declaring “we won” the Georgia gubernatorial race.

If that were true, it means she now concedes loss in her imaginary re-election bid, since she “was governor” of Georgia all along.

Abrams has made similar claims – that she won the race for governor in 2018, despite election results showing she was soundly defeated.

Her unwillingness to accept reality hit legendary status just last month when she had a lawsuit alleging “gross mismanagement” of Georgia’s elections tossed out by a federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama.

She declared the loss to be a “hard-won victory” anyway.

In other words, before Trump’s ‘Big Lie,’ there was Stacey Abrams’ ‘Big Lies.’

And while she finally concedes a race, we take comfort in knowing she will continue in her vital role as the fictional President of Earth.

  • Didn't I see on one of the new Star Trek shows that she was "President of Earth? Why bother with the little stuff"

  • Stacy Abrams lives in an imaginary existence and can twist the unfettered irrationality to trap the minds of the impressionable and to indoctrinate the social misfits that are on the most part, a long running product of the Democrat Party. Those who were and are part of the Democrat Party's endoctrination, carry no fault, they have been institutionalized into poverty for 100 to 200 years! In order to break the bonds of this misguided long-term endoctrination, there are now grassroot truth tellers that can explain the underlying travesty of a Democrat Party's plan to prevent the black population from achieving the real success of the American Dream. One of those historical Truth Tellers was Dr. Martin Luther King. Now to be clear, Dr. King was somewhat on the verge of an insightful revelation before his inspirational speech. Prior to that, he blamed both Congressional Party's for the oppressieness of blacks and whites stricken by poverty. We can only assume why this visionary of a man was cut down in his prime, after he was directly quoted, " I’ve seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people (in reference, he was including all poverty stricken people) will get to the Promised Land”!
But there is much to be said about his new found reveluation from that speech, as he himself spent weeks and months conversing with many real truth tellers of that era. We can only assume without truth or fact, that Dr. King's assassination was politically motivated since it occurred shortly after that inspiring speech!! For history to be told in truth, one Party stands above the other as for the most unsubstantiated motive, but as of today, no factual evidence has been verifiably produced. Only history can produce those speculative motives. Much is of now sewn into history, but the long standing political motivations still remain and are politically driven to retain the oppressive endoctrination of the under class, and as a majority of such, this class was both black people and white people as well.

So before Stacy Abrams can breach the confounds of reality, she must without bias, understand the real progression of oppression over the last 150+ years as she sides with the endoctrination of oppression supported by her Party of choice! When reality comes back to bite, it would take little commonsense as advice for Stacy, you should go back to your world of writing imaginary or fictional stories that blur the truth of reality. Your attempt to run such stories in the political arena, in a world based on seeking the truth in reality, is a far stretch at the very least. In this writers opinion, may it be truthful or fictional, you ultimately are left to decide! Many will call it misinformation, others will see it as informative and do their own research, none the less, you cannot have a free form of Democracy without free speech! Long live Free Speech! The bedrock of freedom and a true Democracy, comprised of our Constitutional Republic and our Bill of Rights!

Let the light shine on darkness, as darkness can never reveal the truth and the possession of goodness!

  • Another one like Nancy Pelosi, just GO AWAY! We have one in our state, Oklahoma, that needs to go away. Go Away, Kendra Horn. You are not the popular choice. Same with you Abrams.
