On Monday, actor Kevin Spacey issued a shocking statement on Twitter apologizing for allegedly making sexual advances toward a 14-year-old male actor at a party in 1986. He also came out as gay.

Many members of the Hollywood elite took issue with Spacey’s attempt to deflect attention from his alleged pedophilia by revealing his sexuality. One of those was notorious liberal loudmouth Rosie O’Donnell – and she claims that she and others knew about Spacey’s alleged sexual deviance all along.

O’Donnell was clearly trying to gain brownie points among her liberal followers and fans; but unfortunately for her, it backfired in her face.
Several people asked O’Donnell why she hadn’t said anything previously if she knew all along. O’Donnell attempted to defend herself, but all she could come up with were excuses:

As you can see, by the end O’Donnell basically walked back her claim.
The accusations against Spacey are just the latest in a burgeoning outpouring of Hollywood sexual assault claims. There will undoubtedly be more to come.
