Hollywood actor and director Rob Reiner has consistently made it clear he does not care for President Doanld Trump, and on Friday he portrayed his anti-Trump fervor when he managed to cram nine conspiracy theories about the president into one deranged tweet.
“In 2016, a mentally deranged Con Man colluded with an enemy power to steal an election. He’s abused women. He’s praised Nazis. He’s taken babies from mothers. He’s decimated the Rule of Law. He’s turned his back as tens of thousands of US die. In 2020 he must be gone,” the former “All in the Family” star tweeted.

Let me walk you through (and rebut) the nine conspiracy theories that Reiner just pedaled about Trump, all encapsulated in that one tweet. He claimed that Trump:
- Is mentally deranged – Democrats say that Trump should be removed from office under the 25th Amendment for incapacitation, even though there is no evidence to support that.
- Is a con man – This is a favorite theory of Democrats even though Trump has never been prosecuted for any fraud or “con.”
- Colluded with an enemy – This one has been proven to be 100% false by the report of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. It hasn’t stopped Democrats from saying it, however!
- Stole the 2016 election – Another blatant lie. And even witnesses like former Director of Intelligence James Clapper, who thought evidence of collusion would come out, testified under oath that Russia did not tamper with voting in any way.
- Abused women – Trump has faced (and denied) accusations of sexual misconduct, but he has never been hit with an abuse claim.
- Praised Nazis – Trump never praised Nazis in any way; in fact, he condemned them “totally.” Reiner is repeating what is called the “fine people hoax,” which is nothing more than another leftist lie.
- Took babies from mothers – This favorite leftist theory refers to a policy of holding children separately from adults when they are arrested crossing the border illegally. It was initiated under the Democrats’ beloved Barack Obama, and ended by Trump.
- Decimated rule of law – Totally false! In reality, Trump has restored the rule of law, obeyed the courts, respected the separation of powers, and preserved the prerogatives of the states. It was actually Obama who had no respect for the law.
- Allowed tens of thousands of Americans to die – Trump actually saved countless lives from coronavirus with his early travel ban from China, a move that Democrats said was “racist” at the time.
Reiner and his fellow liberals can push these lies as much as they want, but the average American sees right through them. We’re a whole lot smarter than the Left thinks we are, and we aren’t buying into their anti-Trump nonsense.
