RNC Eviscerates Democrats In Latest Ad Showing How Extreme The Party Has Become

RNC unhinged ad

“I didn’t leave the Democratic Party,” Ronald Reagan famously said in 1962. “The party left me.”

John F. Kennedy, a Democrat hero who championed tax cuts, military spending, and opposed abortion, wouldn’t even be welcomed into the party today.

The political left has since left Kennedy and Reagan behind, deriding tax cuts as “crumbs,” opposing military spending and actions, and turned the life or death choice of abortion into a “reproductive right.”

Worse, they’ve gone unhinged of late, with top Democrats inciting violence and harassment against Republican women, a compliant media cheering it on, and Hollywood lunatics following in-kind. (RELATED: Liberals Protesters Harass DHS Sec. Nielsen at Her Own Home).

Democrats are now the party of obstruction and extreme rhetoric. They are currently engaged in an unhinged meltdown as they cope with the reality of a country prospering under President Trump and GOP leadership.

Nowhere is this more piercingly captured than with this latest ad from the RNC, titled “The Left in 2018: Unhinged.”

The first quote, from our good friend the extremely radical socialist from Vermont, Bernie Sanders, sets the stage for what the party has become.

“A few years ago, ideas that we talked about were thought to be fringe ideas, radical ideas, extremist ideas — those ideas are now mainstream,” he says, cascading over images of graffiti reading “revolution or death,” then later, Kathy Griffin holding President Trump’s ‘severed head.’

The video adds other instances of violent rhetoric coming from the left – Madonna wanting to blow up the White House, Johnny Depp talking about assassinating a sitting President, and clips of Sarah Sanders being bullied and degraded.

All of it encouraged or allowed by party leaders. (RELATED: Lawmaker Introduces Measure to Censure Maxine Waters After Calls to Violence).

It’s a powerful display of how far the Democrat Party and their followers have fallen. The Republican Party has gone high, while they went low, lower, and lower.

Not content with just pointing out how bad their opposition has become, the RNC offered a complimentary video showing all of the accomplishments they have provided America.

The message – While Democrats are unhinged, Republicans are working for all Americans, delivering a strong economy.

The video is titled, “500 Days of American Greatness.”

  • 90% of workers have higher take-home pay
  • consumer confidence is at an 18-year high
  • unemployment is at an 18-year low
  • 54%think the economy is good or excellent – the highest number CNBC has ever recorded.
  • Since the election, positive views on the economy have surged 20 points.
  • The percentage who say the economy is excellent is at an all-time high;  the percentage who say its poor – is at an all-time low.
  • More Americans think Republicans continued control of Congress “would make the country better off” than if Democrats were in charge.

The Republican Party is touting accomplishments and a positive outlook for the country; Democrats are encouraging mob rule and trying to convince voters that the sky is falling … when it isn’t.

RNC Spokesman Steve Guest explains, “Voters have a clear choice in 2018, the Democrat Party is the party of obstruction and extreme rhetoric while the Republican Party is working to deliver a stronger economy for all Americans.”
