Rapper Kanye West blasted Democrats for ‘brainwashing’ the black community into voting for them through tactics such as food stamps and abortion.
West, who has raised the ire of liberals in the past with his embrace of President Trump, made the controversial comments during an interview with radio host Big Boy.
“We’re brainwashed out here, bro,” the American songwriter insisted. “Come on, man. This is a free man talking.”
West then critiqued the Democrat party, suggesting they use guns, food stamps, and abortion to control the black community, convincing African-Americans to vote in their favor despite never delivering for the people.

West revealed why he thinks the black community votes overwhelmingly with the Democrat party.
“Democrats had us voting for Democrats with food stamps for years,” he said in an exasperated voice. “What are you talking about guns in the 80s, taking the fathers out the home, Plan B, lowering our votes, making us abort children.”
The rapper suggested that when an entire community votes with one party, it’s easy to ‘control’ them.
By contrast, he analyzed, “If you go to a white bar, you gonna’ hear people talking independent, you gonna’ hear people talking Democrat, you gonna hear people talking Republican.”

West made similar comments following a Saturday Night live performance last year while donning a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat.
“The blacks want always Democrats … you know it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare … does anybody know about that?” he asked a stunned crowd. “That’s a Democratic plan.”

Kanye is a bit of a loose cannon and a free-flowing bastion of unchecked thoughts, making him somewhat palatable to the conservative movement but making him a pariah amongst the left.
CNN hosts, for example, have been lambasting him for some time, smearing West as illiterate and a “token negro.”

His peers have mocked West as “all white now” while prominent mainstream media personalities such as Don Lemon have launched multiple verbal racist attacks at him.
Still, West has caught the eye of the President of the United States for his comments which stray from typical leftist thoughts.
“Kanye West has performed a great service to the Black Community,” President Trump tweeted. “Big things are happening and eyes are being opened for the first time in decades.”
